I remember Infogrames for publishing "Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee" for Gamecube.

I'm grieving the loss of that Star Wars game. I was really looking forward to seeing what Respawn was going to do with that.

@KingMike I don't know what else Konami has that has anything to do with "Year of the Rabbit". I can't think of anything, anyway. Is that even a clue?

Question: is the profanity few and far between? I'm hoping I can play this in front of my kids.

I enjoyed Alien 3 for Super NES more than the movie it was based upon. Same thing with Quantum of Solace for PS3. And Scott Pilgrim vs the World the Game. But none of those movies are bad (or AS bad as The Mummy).

I like the one where you're sliding down the snowy hill in Super Mario 64.

How frequent is the profanity? I have kids in the house and I'm wondering if I'll need to use headphones.

Gavin, I prefer the Roman numeral "II", as that's the number that appears on the box art and on the game's title screen.

The first game is more traditional/generic than the sequel. This one is darker. It's the one that has the vampires and the bloody torture racks.

Looks like my kind of humor. I'm more interested in this than I have been any other recent 3D platformers.

@Bakajin Agreed. The tower-defense segments throw the game's pacing WAY off from what it used (and ought) to be.

I thought the animated "Scorpion's Revenge" was better, but I did like MK 2021 and I'm happy they're moving forward with at least one more film. Hopefully the guy who directed the first movie is attached to this one because he's a guy who gets MK. I'm not thrilled with ALL of the liberties they took with MK 2021 (ie. no tournament, unknown main character). Hoping the sequel's screenwriter gets us into the tournament storyline with a focus on the characters we already know and love.
