Troll don't make me laugh! My nintendo network id is boxmonkey and you will are I've owned a wii u from day one in the uk! Same as I've owned every nintendo console from day one for over 20 years. I'm pissed of with what's going on at nintendo, sorry if that upsets some people.

Is this really what it's come too? I paid £350 for a wii u and this is the type of news I find. I've never been so disheartened by nintendo in 25 years. I feel sad that I'm moving on to sony.

It's quite clear to me now, nintendo don't listen to what their customers want and they don't seem to care! They are too busy trying to find some other new customer base to tap into just like they were with the blue ocean approach and now the health and lifestyle thing they are talking about. The hardcore fans base on nintendo seems to be getting smaller and smaller and after zelda u I will be another one to leave forever!

I'll buy a ps4 probably at Christmas, until then I'll be playing mario Kart.

It looks like everything else nintendo have been churning out recently, I'm sur there's a market for it especially on the 3ds but something other than a 2d platformer would be nice once in a while.

I bet playstation will still be supporting the ps3 online for the next five years. I'm a huge nintendo fan but we all need to realise that they are so far behind the rest when it comes to online. If things don't change they won't last another generation.

In a couple of years we'll be saying the same thing about wii u games.

@OGGamer @Tony_342 every game that was already released on the wii VC should have been released on the wii u VC day one! Nintendo are a joke and by the time they start releasing n64 games the wii u will be dead!

I remember when nintendo said there would be two updates for the wii u to increasing loading times. We only ever got one but load times are still quite slow.

9 stores is that it I live in the south west so the nearest one to me will be Portsmouth which is a very close 145 miles. Seems like a bot of a non story for most people.

Oh dear! So much for first party titles saving the wii u, maybe nintendo will have better luck at the end of May when they release mario Kart. But I very much doubt it anymore.

@MrPKDolphin the replacement for the wii u can't be on 5-6 years time, it needs to be in two years max! If nintendo wait another 5 years to release a follow up the brand will be nearly dead.

Wii u was and is (so far) the worst purchase I have ever made! Day one I bought this console just to be let down constantly by nintendo! Never again, some won't like hearing this on a fan site but many many nintendo fans have said enough is enough.

That's just what us! Nintendo fans need, is another reminder of how good nintendo used to be!

There's a lot of very good gba games about so this is good news, but why can't nintendo work harder on bringing n64 or game cube to the VC? It seems all we'll ever get is 2d games on VC.

Oh well, just another game I won't be buying for my dust collector.

Ps4 and a wii u is the only way I can play all those third party games. Just show me zelda u

N64 games still aren't on the vc after 15 months so I don't hold out much hope of this happening any time soon.

The wii u is a very good console that I'm happy with, but it is also the worst marketed console I can ever remember. I think it we be much like the game cube in sales and games released on the system. Also three to four year life span.

@MysticX I don't know what's next but one things for sure until Nintendo release a console that gets big third party support I won't be buying one again!

If the current trend continues stores like argos will stop stocking the wii u and then it will be dead.

I really don't know if I will buy this or not, I'll wait for the reviews and if they are 9-10 I will buy anything less and I'll give it a miss.

@readyletsgo me too, I've bought every nintendo console for 25 years but no more. It's been nowhere near good enough from nintendo, I will buy mario kart and zelda (probably in 2015) and then I'm done.

It will never happen in the uk! Why spend a fortune buying licenses and such with the small install base in the uk.

Surely it should bet choice how I choose to play games? My wife works different hours to me and we have no kids. Just another reason nintendo are so far behind everyone else.

Nintendo can sell 20-30million consoles every generation just because of their games. As long as they keep making games like 3d world things will be fine.

Wii u VC

25 million could be about right. But if sales don't pick up by this Time next year nintendo will be frantically tyring to build a new console, which would mean wii u would only last 3-4 years tops.

Too little too late? Maybe, on this very page I'm looking at Xbox one adverts every night I see 4 or 5 adds for the other two systems and none for nintendo. It's only 5 weeks until Christmas

I've supported nintendo for 20 years, but they are so far behind the times now it's become a joke! I can no longer say that I have full confidence in nintendo. Until things change at board level things won't change. I will still always live nintendo and buy their consoles but I'll only buy three or four games on each console. It's time for a real shake up.

Let's hope that zelda wii u will be that perfect game. I'm sure we'll find out in a couple if years.

Only a year late! Never mind nintendo, just forget about all the suckers that bought the system this time last year. To little to late, I'll be buying a ps4 in the new year.
