Basically I love everything you said, but I got the felling that Nintendo is doing everything they can to discredit all the Insiders. Before they released the Partners Showcase, some Insiders were saying that a Direct was imminent, and Mario fans would love it...
So Nintendo made the announcement a day before, and it turned out it was a Partners Showcase, and that means no Mario. After the Direct everybody was complaining about the Insiders, while they were saying Nintendo changed it's plans at the last moment. At the end both Insiders quit.
It's just a theory, but, knowing the story Nintendo and the Insiders have, it doesn't sounds so stupid...

It's really funny how we've been expecting a normal Direct, and Nintendo keeps showing this things nobody asked for 🤣
Anyways, I'm glad we're getting some news about the games that are coming to Switch, I hope to see Silksong, and Starbound!

I don't really trust this Amazon leaks, they've done that before, and it turned out it was fake, so 0 expectations.
And, personally I don't like Skyward so much, so a port of the game wouldn't really hype me, and I don't really see it running on all Switch consoles(Lite), unless they take the motion controls, wich I think is an important part of the game. But a Zelda game I would like to see on Switch is a remake of Ocarina of Time. Or a bundle of two of the past gen Zelda games, as Twilight Princess HD and Wind Waker HD (they did the same with Ocarina and Majora's in the GameCube)
And if they start making this ports, I'd love to try Paper Mario TTYD. I never had the chance to try that one when it camed out, so it would be nice to have the chance now

Definitely the reason Paper Mario is never going to be the same as the first games is Miyamoto's ambition. That can result in a masterpiece, or a forgettable game. At least Origami King did a pretty good (but definitely not perfect) job with the combat system. Let's hope Nintendo continues with the Mario & Luigi saga, I really had a good time with those games

But, man, right now I really need news from the games Nintendo is planning to release this year, and the next one. I've been holding on to the hope for the BOTW sequel, and the rumored Mario 3D Collection. It's been a hard year for everyone, but I need my first partys news NOW

Totally agree. And I'm happy that people who didn't had the WiiU can now enjoy an enhanced edition of the best games of the console in the Switch, and take them anywhere.
But putting game full price, and deleting the WiiU version is a kick in the groin to Nintendo fans, basically because the WiiU one is way cheaper.

Still waiting for the Twilight Princess HD port....

Really happy with this community. I come from the Spanish Nintendo community (Nintenderos), wich is toxic in every way. And the only news they had were rumors.

This game sucks really bad. The first Nintendo game I own I gave one Star.
Disappointing for Mario Tennis, and the whole Mario franchise in general.

This is basically a real life DLC . Boy, it looks really cool, but I'm not rich, I can't afford a 300 Dollar toy
I'll consider it when its price gets lower, and all this Covid thing ends...

The themes are.... Nice, but you get tired of the same fricking background song that you have to listed every single time you play. Maybe they should ad a few more songs with each theme, that would be cool.

This game has too many flaws to have a 6. And there are plenty of other games of the same type that does much better than this one...
I recommend to buy it when it gets a major discount, and they fix the big issues this game has

Still don't understand why Miyamoto took all that made Paper Mario special or unique, and throw it away...
You know Super Paper Mario was ok, but they changed the saga in basically every way. If the formula you're using works really good, and it's relatively new in the saga, why to change it?
