I've played a lot of fan made New Super Mario Bros DS games, but they were rom hacks that I played on my actual DS using a cartridge. I don't really think I'll enjoy it on PC, so it looks like I'm gonna have to pass on this one.

What about Super Paper Mario? That gets my vote for best 2d Mario game (or if you want it can get my vote for the best 3d one too, and best of all time).

Please tell me this won't affect the GTS and Battle Spot in Pokemon 😭

Merry Christmas (Happy Holidays!) and thanks for the Nintendo all year long!!! I thought Pokemon wise there was no better time to be a trainer than this year (20) but now that it's coming to a close we can see what's in store for the future. And the 20th anniversary isn't over yet cause it's Pokemon Special/Adventures 20th next year (although I think the only Special they are doing is the Art book, Sun ☀️ and Moon 🌙, and B2W2). Still more to look forward to.

Yay, but kinda disappointed they went with White instead of Black (even though I played white) because Pokemon Special went with Black getting Reshiram, and becoming trapped in the stone. But I honestly loved this episode, especially that awesome ending 😁

For the notes part don't use your phone your DS has on built in. Also Pokemon refresh really works, my Pokemon faint less and get hit less

@Basilgarrad whoops it's at Toys R Us I accidentally left that out. They announced it at the Pokemon event there last Sunday, but what the case looks like has yet to be finalized, should happen by next week

I thought the Pokemon movies were great adaptations from video games… except the BW ones… and still waiting on Volcanion's movie

I don't really like Reds new design so much, why did he have to grow up? Also Blue is missing his signature pendant, something he has had in all his other forms (Gary, Green (special), blue (origins), etc). I just hope they have level 100 Pokemon or higher. Plus now that they have aged 😭 We know it takes place after the events of HGSS (which I think took place right before Platinum, at least it did in Special/adventures) so Alola and Team Skull takes place many years later

I always felt that Team Magma was better because Maxie did not betray his team like Archie did in adventures as he condemned one of his men to death (but was luckily saved by Magma) and Archie murdered Maxie, so… I don't like Archie

@Aqueous Sapphire is probably taking on Team Aqua while Ruby's taking on Magma, similar to Pokemon Adventures

Well I really hope they localize this, it looks really good and because it's set in the past they can do a lot of stuff that would not mess with the other games because it would have happened in the past. Also as far as I know there is little progress on a fan translation, although the other unlocalized game prosecutors path was fan translated

@Jayvir It was not just a singular event, he has been Giovanni's son from the beginning, it's just that that scene was from the event. In Pokemon adventures in the FRLG arc on the Sevii Islands that is a major part of the plot.

In the First episode the 3 Pokemon in Red's Pokedex were Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur.

I think this is to make up for the Kalos League in the anime and how they are sending Ash to school in Alola. I just wish it was longer than 5 min. But we get Looker!

Who is riding Charizard?

Well RIP amour shipping, something I just learned about yesterday. That green haired one is probably going to be one of his companions for the region, and the leak several months ago seemed to support that. I was hoping that that was Ash's Charizard but it looks like someone else is riding it 😭. Hopefully that's his Lapras too. Also I think Sun and Moon will thankfully be more plot driven than Gym driven like the past games, so yay to that! I think the school part is Ash learning how to use his Z ring and stuff, I hope it's only going to be a few episodes of that because that would get old pretty fast. Unless he brings all his Pokemon to Alola and Z moves them all. Then that might mean that that is his Tauros because it's not an Alolan Tauros.
