@MrGawain I think I read the review embargo is lifted on Thursday so we will find out beforehand if it’s any good or not. If it’s anything like the first two with modern day enhancements I’ll be ecstatic. I rather enjoy the diablo style loot games and comics mash up.
Just bring back the target mini game where you fly over the targets in the water and try and drop on the bullseye for big points. My friends and I would play that for hours.
Could always just wait for a complete edition down the line. You know it’s coming and it’ll be the same sixty bucks. Just depends if you can wait or not.
When they release a new “pro” model it will most likely be in conjunction with a major software release. My guess is Botw 2. It is probably a few years out but if they enhance the game for a pro model it will be a big selling point. If it’s released in the near future maybe Witcher 3? But I would think it would release with a major 1st party title. Since botw released with vanilla switch having a “pro” release with botw 2 makes sense to me. Plus, with new Xbox and PlayStation coming next year I doubt Nintendo will stay silent. So....botw 2 and switch pro released in the same time period as ps5 and Xbox whatever? Best way to make a splash in my opinion.
@MonsterHunter I don’t have an objection to the console. I think it’s great for kids or people wanting only a handheld. But some of the coverage on this site is a little sales pitchy. One article talked about the d pad and how excited they were for it, hori sells a controller for 20 bucks with a d pad. If they are sponsored by Nintendo I get it, if not cover it for what it is, a handheld for kids. They just seem to be talking about it like it’s an upgrade, which it isn’t.
Start on Switch, carry on with Switch Lite. You know what other switch console you can take with you? The one that lifts out of the dock! I like Nintendolife but they are getting a little too sales pitchy.
While the hori is great I just wish Nintendo would make the d pad magnetic like an Xbox elite controller. Problem solved. You want buttons put them on, you want d pad, put it on. Really goes with the switch name anyway lol.
@FLEEBS I agree. I would definitely pick up a switch with better specs. Maybe enhanced resolution, faster load times and a better battery and I’d be sold. This I could care less, it’s more for kids who just want the handheld and parents that want to save a hundred bucks. It’ll sell well but I was hoping for the pro. I’m sure it’ll be coming though.
@teamdave2002 well if Nintendo has a design for the sticks that fixes the floating issue, why haven’t they fixed the current ones? Detachable or not has nothing to do with the stick itself. It just makes fixing a broken one easier.
My one complaint would be when the sticks start to float in a couple of years like the old joy cons what do you do? You can’t just replace them yourself anymore so I guess it’s off to the big n and no console for a few weeks.
Lol. The hori joy con is great and only costs twenty bucks, but I’drather spend 200 on a brand new d pad direct from the big n. And the screen is smaller! What a deal. I think this console is great for newcomers and kids but why would you buy it if you already own a switch?
Does anyone know how to unlock levels 23-27? I’ve been getting new jobs but those are missing and I can’t find them. Thanks. I’ve unlocked past level 30 but for the life of me can’t find them. I’m sure it’s something easy.

Cosplay is getting stale, it needs to be cranked up a notch. Costumed link had better paraglide off of hall h breath of the wild style or it’s a bust.

Lay off the energy drinks and caffeine pills Luigi.

If only they looked like the sonic in the upcoming movie. No way would I spend that much for some retro sonic statue.

I think someone should have bought her a strategy guide for Christmas.

Re: Guide: Super Mario Maker 2 Story Mode - How To Unlock Items, Characters, Mii Outfits And More
@huyi I think it’s supposed to take around 5-6 hours to beat. But the levels everyone makes will make the single player pretty much endless.
