Obviously I won't download Zelda and buy a box instead. I already downloaded Jet Kave (a pretty, fun platformer) and think of donloading Goose Game (although I heard the quests are pretty repetitive despite great premise).
I already bought some of these. Weekly deals starts to pop up every day of the week 6 days in advance as many is daily deals.
You can get loads of these at same discount before weekly sales start.
For me:
I would buy Jet Kave for half price, I was disappointed when reading the review, I guess I expected more
"TETRIS 99 + Nintendo Switch Online Individual Membership (12 months, 20th Sep, £24.99)"
Am I hallucinating or is Tetris 99 free for NSO subscribers anyway? What is this about?
Definitely grabbing Untitled Goose Game. Also picked up Puzzle Quest earlier. A few more for the watch list. Definitely pretty keen to play Sayonara Wild Hearts at some stage, as well as probably Castle Crashers and Overland. Link's Awakening and Ni No Kuni should be arriving later physically and my imported copy of AI: The Somnium Files sometime next week.
What a rubbish week for games releases.... nah just kidding! It's a rubbish week for my bank account though!
Good God my poor wallet! Zelda, Ni No Kuni, Luigi Mansion, Ori (very welcome news about the demo)!
@sanderev The grey looks really good in person actually. Initially I thought it was fairly plain but it's actually really smart.
@PorllM You are right that the base game is free to subscribers. This edition basically bundles together the annual membership with the offline DLC. it equates to a saving of a couple of quid or so. It's a superb game at any price however.
So many great games coming out. That said, I'm only getting AI: The Somnium Files this week. Others can wait.
I'll probably not get everything this week but I'm interested in Ni No Kuni, Zelda and Sayonara Wild Hearts. My partner is getting Untitled Goose Game and I might borrow that too. Nice week!
I was a little surprised to see Neo Cab on the list as this was the first thing I'd read about it releasing this week. Turns out that's because it isn't. Should be in the pre-order/demo sections instead.
@Ooccoo_Jr
Thanks for clarifying, I didn't even realise there was DLC.
@sanderev are you downloading your switch lite?
Best release week of 2019 thus far?
Links awakening limited edition
Batman: the Enemy Within priced down finally! Glad I did wait for so long!
Anybody know if goose game has a special launch discount? I'm sure I read it would somewhere.
Does anybody know if Rime plays better than when it was originally released? Never played it, and would like to get it. Although not in the horrible state i here it was at launch.
@PorllM Yeah it adds 4 modes. There's a marathon mode for single players and an offline Tetris 99 with Bot opponents. The other 2 modes are for multiplayer but with your friends instead of randoms. For me it's not worth the £8.99 (I think it costs?) but I would like the marathon mode.
I had no idea Ori was coming out. Will check out that demo for sure.
Golden tip from Henmii: If you buy Guacamelee 2 and the 2 dlc packs now seperately its cheaper then downloading Guacamelee 2 complete. That's what I am going to do anyway!
It’s interesring that the PQube / Arcsystemworks discounts are permanent.
Not something I recall seeing before.
Ni No Kuni (physical) for me. It’s arrived early but I’m too lost in the backlog shuffle to capitalise on it.
I... I'll consider buying DMC2 again as a long-term investment to ensure that DMC3 comes to the Switch in the future...
HONK HONK HONK HONK HONK HONK HONK HONK HONK HONK
Hmmm I wonder which game will come out on top of the poll???
@USWITCH64 Yeah, the 3D printed version
Without joking, no. Both are physical.
Wait...is Batman: The Enemy Within dropping to 12.49 or is that a 12.49 discount from its 39.99 price (eShop still shows it at full price). Because if it's 12.49 I'm getting it in a heartbeat! I loved season 1 and was really hoping SOMEONE would do a physical for season 2, but hey, at that price, I'll take a digital version too. It's better than nothing and the PC version of season 1 was so botched, I decided to hold out for the Switch release.
I guess the indie gold rush is over on Switch. How in the world is anyone gonna notice your game in that sea of titles? It's like Steam all over again.
I just want Ni no kuni.
Daemon X Machina and Ni no kuni are the only games I want this month
Grid Autosport deserves to do well, just the type of racing game the Switch needs!!
Physical : Zelda and Nino Kuni. So hyped for those.
Digital Puzzle quest, and Untiteld goose game!
My wallet And backlog must hate me.
batman: the enemy within is still priced at 44,95
is the price reduction locked to certain regions?
@antonio2244
Dunno, I think the review was too harsh. Check out other impressions before making a decision.
@PorllM I think its to download offline play which gives a couple more modes and you can play against the cpu also
@Grauz update: the price is reduced now! probably because today it's batman day ^`_´^
