Topic: Decisions, decisions...

I have to pick one Wii game to get for the rest of the summer. I'm considering waiting for Wii Sports Resort, but I'm not sure if that will be worth purchasing. I'm also considering Mario Kart Wii, but I've rented it several times and I'm worrying about the lasting appeal.

Here's my current Wii collection:

• Grand Slam Tennis
• Super Mario Galaxy
• Super Paper Mario
• Boom Blox
• Sonic Unleashed
• Sonic & The Secret Rings
• LEGO Batman

Can anyone help me decide what to get? I'm open to suggestions. I know I don't want Punch-Out!! or The Conduit. I'm really looking for a good multi-player game to play with friends and family.

This seems too obvious, but I'm going to try it before moving onto lesser suggestions:

Brawl?

Super Smash Bros. Brawl is great for multiplayer and it has much lasting appeal.

No, I hate Brawl. Rented it several times and I really can't make myself enjoy it.

Twilight Princess
or wait for Metroid Prime Trilogy
Resident Evil 4

all great games but not really multiplayer (except MP2)

Brawl or Mario Kart...I've had it since X-mas, and I still play it, especially if friends are over.

You coud also go with Mario Party 9 if your feel daring

I own Twilight Princess for the GameCube. I'm not into mature games, so RE4 is out.

I'm sort of thinking of waiting for Prime Trilogy, but that's a whole month (almost two) away!

Castle of Shikigami III is a good two-player game if you're into shoot-em-ups, and it's generally very cheap new or used.

Have you tried Elebits? I just got it from Goozex for 100 points ($5). It's actually pretty fun. It has 4 player multiplayer, which I haven't tried yet, but it looks good.

@Toddr: I took a look at Elebits. Looks interesting, but I don't think I'd choose it over MK or WSR.

No, it's not that good, but it is still worth a purchase if you have some money lying around.

Ugh, I can't decide between Sports Resort and Mario Kart. Arggh! Doesn't help that it's 18 days till SR is out. Grrr.

Wario Land:Shake It!! It is a great 2D platformer for the Wii,it also somewhat challenging.

I'd go with Wii Sports Resort. I found MK Wii to be too frustrating in the end to be worth bothering with.

You might also want to take a look at Little King's Story. From everything I've read it definitely sounds like a great game. I'll finally be putting in my pre-order in the next couple of days.

I don't own it myself, but I have heard that Bash Party is good for multiplayer.

How do you guys think wii sports resort will be any good...why are you going out to cop it? xD personally, i think itll be disappointment, but ill wait to hear from u guys. Also, if they had brought in a new wii sports boxing (im desperate for a fight night equal on wii...punch out doesnt cut it) maybe it wud actually be gud

What about De Blob, I've heard a lot of good things about it, and its multiplayer looks like fun.
Personally, I don't like MKWii that much, too unfair, specially its local multiplayer.
