ZombiU does seem the most likely but I'm not sure the use of Gamepad and it's okish last gen graphics would work well on PS4/Xbone so besides Ubisoft the only other publishers that have released non-shovelware exclusives are Warner Bros with Scribblenauts (& possibly Lego City Undercover), Square Enix with Dragon Quest X, Capcom with Monster Hunter and Sega with the Sonic games depending on if there's any timed exclusives deals going on any of these games.
I found an interesting development that I missed before, or maybe it was lost in translation somewhere. Any way, quite a few of the original Tantalus Wii U ports say it is port of a XBONE, PS4, PC game. Just google search the 2014 tantalus wii u port for the information.
Some people are guessing it is Star Wars Battlefront. While, I will take that with an ocean of SALT. That would be extremely preferable to any of the other games mentioned. I think it would sell the best also, other than Minecraft.
Either way, if true...that would be quite interesting and narrow down our guesses quite a bit.

No, but it is powerful enough for a remastered collection of PS2/PS3 FF games.
It'll be a happy day when Square quits messing around and drops the FFXII: International Zodiac Job System HD announcement bomb. That would almost certainly be Sony platform exclusive though.

Not really, being huge doesn't make it AAA. The game didn't somehow transform into AAA during it's success. It's just an indie game, albeit a ridiculously successfully one.
If someone could fact check me, I thought the Wii U game is:
A port of a Xbone, PS4, and PC port
A non mature title
A well known publisher, and big franchise
coming in 2015
non hardcore game
Minecraft checks all those boxes.
They said AAA and their biggest game yet. Definitely not minecraft. Given that the game has/was yet to be released when this was first mentioned, "biggest" must mean in terms of the size of the team/money needed to make it. Rather than success. So minecraft is definitely not "big".
