I'm not saying you're not allowed. But just as you're allowed to post nothing, I'm allowed to post something. I don't see how we're fighting, though. I just felt that all of those empty posts deserved something to be said about them. So I posted my opinion. Posting an opinion on the internet... wherever did I get that idea?
I don't care about any video apps in a system with a perfectly good browser that plays videos(unlike the 3DS even the youtube app sucks on 3DS so Nintendo video is actually cool for the lack of a better option)
goodbyes are a sad part of life but for every end there's a new beggining so one must never stop looking forward to the next dawn

In regards to IGN yes, but Gametrailers can not be viewed on the Wii U browser and before anyone has a go at them, I'm not particularly fond of them either but their timeline piece for the Zelda franchise was brilliant. I'd like my Wii U to have greater functionality cause the gamepad is a fantastic tool for these sort of things. Plus you cannot use dailymotion on the Wii U.
I use the Wii U more so then my laptop for internet browsing and watching videos on Youtube cause of what the gamepad offers. I've heard people say that they would love to have that WWE app on the Wii U or HBO for North America and god only knows how much I've banged on about the lack of BBC Iplayer over here in the UK.
I'm going to be selfish here, I want the Wii U to appeal to a wider audience by offering the same features that the competition offer so that they can sell more which in turn make the console more attractive for publishers to develop for so that I can get to play the new Battlefront game, I don't just use the Wii U to play first party games, I use it to play any games that I like and make the most out of the features it offers!

I agree that services like BBC Iplayer that won't work in the browser having dedicated apps.
