I think they're just upset because Mass Effect 3 hasn't done very well on Wii U. I didn't get ME3 because I didn't play the first 2 and I know nothing about the game.
@LXDX lol. Catch a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will eat for life. No, I haven't played it, but I wasn't saying that all indie games are fun loving. But if you don't get what I was saying, then nevermind.
@LDXD 1. I think he was using CoD as an evil corporate game compared to fun loving indie games. 2. Do some research on kickstarter yourself. You're already on the internet. It's not that hard to find out.
@kkslider5552000 Seriously, why bring up Call of Duty? You know full well that every Nintendo title (Mario, Zelda, Metroid, etc.) don't require kickstarter campaigns to get made, so why bring up CoD?
I'm pretty sure Wii U development was done last, after the other system versions. So... if it was due to lack of development time, that's probably why.
Anyways, I'm very happy to see this. I love killing Zombies. And I like to yell at children while doing it. Since there's a microphone and speaker on the gamepad, does that mean I won't need a headset?
I'm sure the game will still support the Wii remote and nunchuck. They're just showing off the new Wii U Pro controller because it's new.
The Wii U Pro controller is what the classic controller for the Wii should have been 6 years ago. It's own controller (without needing to be plugged into the remote) and clickable joysticks. There's no excuse for lack of analog triggers since there will be downloadable gamecube games. Plenty of gamecube games made use of the analog and clicking of the shoulder buttons. Even Metroid Prime 1 and 2. It's just one more way that Nintendo's controller just isn't up to standard with the other two console systems.
Also, I think it's more likely that the original Zombi will be available on the Wii U's virtual console.
