I loved the Dreamcast so yay, for Wii U it would be great.

actually a dreamcast hooked up to an hdtv with a VGA cable looks great....so id rather play it on the original console...
crazy taxi on 360/ps3 is missing a lot of songs....and i think some other changes in sonic adventure too..

Saturn and Dreamcast are more possible in Wii U VC than Wii VC (the limit size will be bigger)

Yea, I suspect we'll see something like that on the Wii U. They've already run out of stuff to put on the Wii VC so they have to have something up their sleeve for the Wii U.

I suspect that would be a lot harder. I doubt we'd ever get a Japan-only RPG that's more complex than Dragon Warrior 2, nor an adventure game more complex than Zelda 2 (which is around the level Monster World IV was at). There's not enough money in VC for that. Sad, too. I'd love to see Segagaga translated someday.

@Mickeymac No man--this glass is half full. Sure, whenever you bring a JRPG over here you're going to have a job translating it, but SEGA will still save loads of money because they don't have to pay for development when they digitally distribute their old ready made games.

for the wii U V.C, yes. hopefully, shenmue, fighting vipers, virtual fighter 3, space channel 5 and dynamite cop will be on it as well.

Definitely would be all for some 32X/SegaCD/Saturn/Dreamcast action but the reality on the flipside would be the usual long drawn out waiting and constant forum threads full of complaining

The Xbox doesn't really play dreamcast games well, but the Wii U may be able to do it better due to the tablet controller, but I do think Saturn games will come first, just no Sonic R,

Naw man, we need Sega CD games first. That way we can get Popful Mail and the CD version of Lunar with the edits and bad voice acting intact.

Due to the size limit of Wii, I don't think we will be getting Dreamcast games on Wii. However, considering how powerful Wii U is rumored to be, I don't see why Dreamcast wouldn't be a consideration for Wii U Virtual Console! Actually, if Wii U does manage to pick up Dreamcast for Wii U, I'd very heavily consider buying the console!

Also, imagine if you could play the retro games on the Wii U tablet. Button placement may feel a bit awkward at first, but it would still seem pretty cool to me.

Chu Chu rocket FTW, but I don't think it will beat playing it with a few friends on the classic Dreamcast console with the genuine controller.
