Topic: The World Ends with You

I would like to but twewy but I'm not sure if I should get the DS version or the ios version. I hear that the gameplay is better on the DS but there is more music on the ios version. But I hear that the music does not necessarily go with the game though. Ultimately either is good I hear but I'm not sure which is better. Advice?

I need to eventually get this game back...no clue what happened, just randomly lost interest due to getting stuck at a certain point. lol

Speaking of DS, maybe more games will be announced for Virtual Console U.

Considering how a significant point about The World Ends With You is about how individuality shouldn't contradict the importance of working as a team, the iOS version entirely misses the point and doesn't let you actually do the cool multi-tasking dual characters gameplay. That alone makes the DS version the one to get.

I don't recommend either version, but since you're intent on getting it, I'd go with whatever's cheaper.

@OdnetninAges]I have not heard anything about either version that would make me not want to play it. I am looking forward to it. Does anybody know if they added different endings in the iOS version or anything like that?

Seeing as the DS version is one of my favorite games of all-time and considering that the soundtrack in that version was already stellar I have to say get that one!

As an owner of both, I greatly prefer the DS version. The gameplay is significantly more exciting and difficult in that version. It's also a lot harder to figure out. You'll have to wrestle with the control scheme for a while. Also, if you're playing on the 3DS, having that Kid Icarus Uprising stand would be helpful, since the D-pad isn't in the best place for that game.

Both versions are totally worth getting, though. Just make sure to get one of them.
