Plenty of BS moments have happened on YouTube in the past, but I think this could very well be the site's self-destruct. Nothing along the lines of big name channels leaving en masse has occurred, at least not like whats going on now.

one schoolwork I made and posted on youtube once was banned from the world by something between 10 and 20 companies! and all the clips/sounds used could be found in the very youtube(each one having tons of videos containing them) XD
so I stopped posting videos on the internet since that! youtube is blocking more harmless videos everyday

This is Google's/Youtube's fault and you guys shouldn't really be surprised by this. They have been slowly going downhill over the years and don't really care about what ''fair use'' is. If this keeps up, Youtube will just kill themselves. But the good news is that someone will be there to take their place.
Alot of the big name Youtubers will be fine but everybody else is screwed. The entire process of fighting against flagged videos is horrible and rigged.

To those of you claiming that Nintendo is siding with YT, you should know that little statement was a rumor from IGN that has yet to be changed.
Plenty of people are confirming that Nintendo has started working with individual channels to build a whitelist and fight YT's ridiculous ContentID system, along with Sega, Capcom and even EA of all people. There are also talks of giving the Worst Company award to Google this time around.

TotalBiscuit and Angry Joe posted videos about this. It must be really, really bad.
There was a lot of backlash for G+ but they never changed that back so I don't see them doing that with this either, and I heard (and wouldn't be surprised) that this copyright system is going to become even worse early next year.
@RancidVomit86 I registered on the CGR forum and it seems fairly active which is a good sign. Hope those guys can make enough revenue over there.
