This is going to be tough. Note, my list is incredibly personal. For example, Link's Awakening was my first ever Zelda game, so nostalgia causes a higher rank.
1. Skyward Sword
2. Link's Awakening
3. Ocarina of Time
4. Minish Cap
5. Oracle of Seasons
6. Oracle of Ages
7. The Legend of Zelda
8. Phantom Hourglass
9. Spirit Tracks
10. Twilight Princess
I know, messed up list. If games aren't included it's because I either haven't played them or were below Twilight Princess (looking at you, Zelda II) in my opinion, of course.
1: Skyward Sword
2: A Link to the Past
3: Minish Cap
4: Four Swords Adventures
5: Majora's Mask
6: Wind Waker
7: Ocarina of Time/Master Quest
8: Twilight Princess
9: Oracle of Seasons/Ages
10: Link's Awakening
11: Zelda
12: Zelda II

Your list is pretty spot on in my opinion! Sept I'd swap Ocarina and Skyward Sword around. You need to play Wind Waker when it's rereleased, since your taste is similar to mine I can honestly say I think you'll love it.
I've played all of them and I know my top 5 are:
1. Wind Waker
2. Skyward Sword
3. Majoras Mask
4. Oracle of Ages
5. Ocarina of Time
After that it's too hard to decide

@CanisWolfred That's fair, it is an extremely confusing overworld, I remember moving nowhere for days at a time when I was younger because I couldn't figure out how to traverse the overworld. I eventually basically memorized it because I spent so much time playing it, so that is no longer an issue for me, but I can see why you'd have a problem with it.
@MeWario I'm definitely going to get Wind Waker HD on day one. To be honest, I've got it for Gamecube, but when I was a child I got stuck fairly early, so I stopped playing. I basically forgot about it for years, and only recently dug up the ol' GC and found that I had it. However, by then, the HD remake was already announced, so I figure it is better to wait for the HD version. I'm really excited for it!
1) Ocarina of Time
2) Link's Awakening
That's it, I pretty much hated every other Zelda game (not a Zelda fan yet somehow I let my friends talk me into playing every single game out there guess I have a weak will)

1. Wind Waker
2. Ocarina of Time
3. Majora's Mask
4. Skyward Sword
5. Twilight Princess
6. A Link to the Past
7. Spirit Tracks
8. Phantom Hourglass
9. Link's Awakening
10. Legend of Zelda
I'm not a big retro gamer. I mean, I play a lot of old games, but that's mostly due to wanting the experience, and I rarely enjoy 2D stuff, so that's why the 3D Zelda games all come top, even though I'm also not a huge fan of Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword. Wind Waker, Ocarina and Majora are amongst my favourite games of all time however!
I'm pretty sure I've already posted to a similar thread, but here's mine:
1. Majora's Mask
2. Wind Waker
3. Skyward Sword
4. Ocarina of Time
5. Twilight Princess
6. 4 Sword Adventures
7. A Link to the Past
8. Phantom Hourglass
9. Link's Awakening
10. Oracle of Seasons
11. Oracle of Ages
12. Zelda 1
13. Zelda 2
I never really played 4 swords on DSi or the LttP re-release, despite owning them. Also, I never owned Spirit Tracks, because I didn't care much for the first DS game.
14) Zelda II: Adventure of Link
13) Legend of Zelda
12) Phantom Hourglass
11) Four Swords Adventures
10) Oracle of Seasons
9) Oracle of Ages
8) Majora's Mask
7) The Minish Cap
6) Skyward Sword
5) Spirit Tracks
4) Twilight Princess
3) The Wind Waker
2) Ocarnia of Time
1) A Link to the Past

Out of the ones I've played...
1) Skyward Sword
2) Wind Waker
3) Ocarina of Time
4) Minish Cap
5) Spirit Tracks
6) Twilight Princess
7) Oracle of Seasons (Haven't played Ages yet)
8) Majoras Mask (Haven't completed)
9) Phantom Hourglass
10) Legend of Zelda
11) Link's Awakening
12) Link to the Past (Haven't completed)
13) Four Swords Adventures
14) Zelda 2
I'm not too big on the old ones. I just haven't completed most of them, but I really dislike only being able to use one item at a time and having to switch them and waiting for the overworld to scroll every ten steps. I'm still trying to complete Zelda 2, LttP, LA, MM, and the Oracles.

1. Skyward sword
2. Ocarina of time
3. A link to the past
4. Twilight princess
5. Wind waker
6. Majoras mask
7. The original legend of zelda
8. Links awakening
9. Oracle of ages/seasons
10. Minish cap
11. Four swords
12. Zelda 2
My favorite three in no particular order:
Link's Awakening
Ocarina of Time
Twilight Princess
The bottom of the list...also in no particular order:
Four Swords Series
Phantom Hourglass
Spirit Tracks
The DS games were fun enough, but I found them very hollow and lifeless. What I have played of the Four Swords was repetitive and unrewarding...perhaps it would be different with other people though?
The rest of the games just fill in the middle at random...these types of lists fluctuate with my mood sometimes.
