I had never seen them in theaters before so it was really cool to see in 3-D.

3-D is like high-def for movies. Not Imax.

I really want A Serious Man to come to my area. It's the new Coen brothers movie in case you didn't know.

Tomena Sanner: Because dancing businessmen are awesome.

saw Where the Wild Things Are yesterday. It's one of the greatest movies I've ever seen in my life. Now, I realize that's a pretty big statement, but I'm totally serious. This is a masterpiece. It's one of those rare movies where you walk away a different person. See it at all costs

I'm waiting for Transformers 2 on DVD on Tuesday. So...I might be on here at all on that day.

I liked the movie Iron Man when I watched it on blu-ray. Will Iron Man 2 be just as good in theatres? I hope so.

Man, I doubt I'll get to see the Toy Story Double Feature. Sigh, well, I guess I can just watch them on video,in 2D, on my tiny TV.

See it now! There is a trailer for Toy Story 3 in the beginning! It was awesome!

The Game.

Is it after 9PM EST? You should probably ignore the above post.

That trailer is on youtube now. I didn't get to see the double feature either.

Sounds a little bit like Terminator / Sarah Connor Chronicles.

Should I make inside jokey puns next time I watch a certain movie in theatres?

In retro news, I never found Eragon to be bad. Just plain decent, and I loved the music the role of Jeremy Irons as Brom.

Goodfella's is a classic dude, love that film. Casino would be the perfect follow on. Though I still shudder at the thought of that vice. OMG! pukes a bit

Man Casino does have some ruthless scenes, amazing film though. I would suggest Raging Bull and Taxi Driver if you are having yourself a little Scorsese season.

I watched Smoking Aces last night and I can categorically say it is the worst film I have seen this year, terrible cliched story, massive plot holes, this film has it all, avoid at all costs.

Yeah I avoided smokin aces, sounds like i was right in doing so. Props to the raging bull suggestion, I'm a big De Niro fan and that was one of the last ones I saw. Brilliant film, quite touching for a boxing movie, and was really brutal for such an old film, but artistically so, what what.

Fortunately, I have a massive DVD/VHS collection (Around 1500 DVD's and just under 400 films on old VHS tapes) and there's a lot of Scorsese films in there. Raging Bull, Taxi Driver, Gangs of New York, The Departed, Cape Fear etc..
There's lots of them in there so there's never nothing to watch

Watch all those films and you will be a Scorsese fan guaranteed, IMO his older films are better, but thats not to say his newer films are not good, Taxi Driver is the film that got Scorsese recognised so may be a good place to start.
