Topic: Man I feel old here!

So Corbie, What was it like before videogames? LOL. You had to be about 11 or 12 when the Atari came out. Must've been a boring first ten years. I was practically raised on videogames. Been playing them since I was old enough to pick up a controller.

I got an Odyssey 400 Pong system when I was 8, so I got started pretty young. Atari 2600 and Colecovision through junior high and then NES all 4 years of high school pretty much took care of me. So it wasn't too bad.

Been fun to be able to see it from the beginning. Gives me a good perspective on video gaming as a whole.

I sort of envy you but I'm not quite ready to be 40 yet. I'll get my chance. Scary to think what videogames will be like when we are all wrinkly old people.

I don't want to think that far ahead, but it is scary when you actually do think about it. Thankfully I am only 20 and full of energy, so I don't have to worry about it for at least another 20 years.

I've just never been someone who worried about my age. And I damn sure don't feel 40. (Not to mention I'm still damn good looking!)

Ha my son has you all beat he was playing since 2 lol. And thats true granted I dont know if he knew what he was doing at the time but he figured out that pressing A made the guy jump and pressing B did another action. Mostly there were wrestling games he was playing so it wasnt anything like Mario Bros with crazy jumps or anything.

Well it would have been hard for me to start gaming much younger as there were none. LOL. But I just started my 32 year of gaming, which I guess is pretty good.

I'm 30 something, and I totally act it.

So far I'm the oldest one who's posted here, by the looks of it.
