Topic: If you could get any single game console for free right now, which would it be?

So, if you could get any game console, old or new for free (as in price is irrelevant), which would it be?

For me, it'd have to be the original PS3. I'd love to be able to play PS2 games, as well as the PS3's really strong library.

Honorable mention to Wii U, but the PS3 has the deeper library.

Probably GameCube. There's so many games on that system I want to play.

sigh If only they were on the Virtual Console...

I guess it would be the PS4. I already have most of the consoles I want (Including the Wii U), the PS4 is really all I'll need to be set this generation.

I'd also go for a PS4. My Wii U and PS3 keep me plenty busy, but I've always known that I'd be buying a PS4 someday once the game library fills out. But yeah, if it were free I'd certainly take one.

I got a PS3 for free, and my younger brother wasted $50 on a crane machine to win a PS4. The only thing I need at this point is a Wii U, since I doubt the XBone exclusives are as enticing as the Ninty ones.

The Mother 3 Game Boy Micro. Preferably unopened.

I dunno. I'd much rather get free games since I can't afford to buy the ones I want for the systems I have already.

I guess if it was a non-transferable offer though... I dunno. A mint in-box Commodore 64 or something that I could sell for a lot of money to buy things with.

Lame, I know, but my interest in collecting is purely utilitarian.

A Dreamcast. My current system is very hit & miss on whether a game loads or not.

PS3, but mostly to be a PS1/2 box.

I'd take the one that is most expensive on the market. Even if I don't personally want it, I can just sell it to someone who do and earn money on that. Then I'd just buy the one I want while also earning profit. Win/win.

Right now, I'd say Wii U, as it has definitely built up (and building up) a library of titles I can get into. WWHD, SM3DW, HW, Ninja Gaiden 3, Warriors Orochi 3, Xenoblade X, Zelda U, DKC:TF, W101, etc. (some of those I could get on my PS3 or 360, but I digress).

PS4 is starting to come into it's own as well though, so it would be tempting.

I know it's just a specific aesthetic difference rather than a full console, but the Majora's Mask Edition New 3DS XL. Probably going to just buy a black normal n3dsxl when my MM3d game order FINALLY comes in the mail, but it'd be nice to have the MM edition that I tried so hard to get for so long and had no luck for. Scalper prices are terrible.....
Other than that, PS4 I guess. Lots of games on there that look promising. I already have a Wii U and any older systems I'd want aren't too terribly hard to find.
