Topic: How many people joined today for SSB demo?

Considering some people are willing to pay $30 on EBay.... I am not surpised of the amount of begging.

Seems weird. I mean it really is just 5 characters and 1 stage. I mean it may amuse you for 1 hour at best.

The main game wouldn't be jam packed with modes, stages and fighters if people are satisfied with a glorified tech demo.

I believe the scarcity of this game is driving demand above and beyond its value to the public.

The amount of people begging is outstanding, I personally didn't expect hundreds of people trying to get an unlimited use demo. I really hope the 30 use demo that's coming out next week will calm everyone down.

I got four codes, so I never signed up for codes in the first place.

I've been using this site for my Nintendo information for about 5 years as I trusted it more than other sites and had an old account which I forgot atm. I'm ngl I made a new account to try to get a code but didn't work out but oh well I guess I'll just do my next favorite thing which is commenting on forums.

i tried to get a code on there for a while but there was no way. almost every person on there made their profile within the last day. they were even taking codes from other regions and saying it was an accident when called on it. i bet 75% of them were trolls going to sell them on ebay. it sucks cause it ruined it for people like me who just wanted one code to actually use and couldnt get one.

I am sure that most of these people we will never see again. The same thing happened over at Pushsquare when Destiny Alpha and Beta codes came out. They sign up hoping to grab a code and when they dont get one they move on.

These SSB codes have EVERYONE coming out the wood work for that code. They will be gone by .....say........ Thursday afternoon when the demo arrives!! To bad cause I'de still love a NA code to play anyways.

THEY CAME LIKE ZOMBIES!!!, they came out of the blue, jumping on people for codes! just no death or blood unless they were searching for hours on end for a code.

I'm surprised I was even noticed among the throngs of one-time smiley face avatars. I feel so lucky to have actually gotten a demo...

You've waited years for Smash. Waiting less than a week for a demo is nothing. I doubt 90% of the code beggars bothered to even go to one of the temporary kisoks for Smash at Best Buy...

I have the Demo that I got from a friend. The game isn't as good as I thought. Truly amazing, but I rather the feel of brawl. All I thought was it being better. (Except that it tops brawls falling speed.) I've played over 10 hours (yet to break my Circle-Pad) and finally gotten bored after obtaining over 16000+ Gold coins. The demo isn't enough to keep you interested and kinda kills a bit of hype imo. I'm honestly only using the demo for training now. Doing 180 turn, bunny hop, back attack after a dash for example. Its just to fool around with friends as day passes. I get it, it's sm4sh bros, but people crying for a code is silly, especially when they could have waited a week for a trial that will last them till they get the game and they'll never need the demo again.
