In short: no. In long: nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...
OK, now that I'm finished stealing lame jokes from Zero Punctuation here's a depressing thought: it'll sell loads simply because it's cheap. Look at Photo Clock, Mario Calculator/Clock, etc. I hope I'm proved wrong, but the evidence points to massive 'success'.
When I first saw this post last week I didn't realise this was actually going to come out as DSiWare! I thought it was just a work in progress. I had no idea it was the finished product. So now my answer is No. I wouldn't pay 200 points for this.

I wish I could do this with my mobile, but I cannot see carrying around my LL and using it like a torch - still if you had to change a flat and had no other light source...never say never!

Turn on you DSi. Set the brightness to 100%. Stay in the Menu, which should be clear enough for you to get white light.
Actually, this kind of reminds me of those stuck pixel fixers that supposedly can unstick a pixel by cycling colors. I guess maybe it MIGHT have a practical use after all (probably not though).
How the hell can you guys say this sucks? Seriously. Is this what game fans have become?
This game looks to be a master-piece.
Better than anything on any console I've seen. 10/10.
I'd pay 50 euros for this game.

Wouldn't that also risk burning in menu text if left on for awhile though? I'm just sayin'...
