There's lots of great DS games out there, but how many have managed to captivate you so much that you continue playing it after 1 year? This doesn't necessarily mean you've been constantly playing it for the past 365 days. What I'm referring to is a game that never gets old, that amongst the other games in your collection you keep coming back to this one.
For me those games are Kirby Canvas Curse and Yoshi's Island DS. I've played each of those games for well over a year, though I play KCC less now because I've beaten it completely.
I go back and play Elite Beat Agents every so often for the heck of it, as well as the Phoenix Wright games (latest replay was this past summer when i picked up AA4 finally)... i replayed TWEWY early this year and am getting close to where i'm in the mood for another playthrough, and MKDS has seen a lot of time in my DS (and now my DSi). i'm sure i'm forgetting something, though (darn you, fickle brainmeats) D:
in terms of DSiWare, i keep going back to EA's Sudoku -- i have since i picked it up to review it, to be honest.

Advance Wars: Dual Strike, Mario Kart DS, and Sonic Rush still see occasional play outta me, even several years after buying them.

Every so often I'll pull an older DS game off of the shelf and give it a whirl again, but the only one I can say I've played consistently is Tetris DS, which I find funny, considering I only have that game due to an impulse buy.
Also, I know it hasn't been out for a year yet, but If DSi download games count, then you can count on me using Flipnote for another year or so.
