I'm not sure if I'd buy either of those but I do always like hearing about VC support. Sonic is the one I'd be more inclined to pick up since I've never played that one. Sonic fans will have to let me know if it's worth it.
That doesn't actually confirm anything. A game can be ESRB rated and never be released; however, the rating does show that a release is much more likely. GG games should be nice; I didn't really take 3rd party games super seriously until about 3 years ago, and since my first console was a GBC back when I was 4 or 5, I'll definitely look into buying some of them.
Well this good news considering I can't find a working Game Gear on Ebay. I need one to add to my collection of Handheld game systems, but if these come out soon they may tide over until I find one.

I've been awaiting the Shinobi release for a while now, glad i'll finally get to finish it. I think that's all I care about for the Sega Handheld though.
Sweet, the Sonic and Shinobi Game Gear games are great. Here's hoping they're out soon.
I hope they bring out the others, too.

Most of the Sonic Game Gear games aren't worth playing compared to the Genesis/Megadrive versions.

I disagree. I think Sonic 1 8-bit, Sonic Chaos, and Sonic Triple Trouble are all well worth playing. As is Tails' Adventure. The rest aren't worth the trouble, though.

I said most of them, not all. I agree that Tails's Adventure is excellent. However, something like Sonic 1 is much better on the Genesis, and the Sonic Drift games don't hold a candle to even some of the more retro racing games out there.
