I've always wanted a Pokemon game where you could control them and map attacks to the face buttons. It'd be balanced of course...
Also, I'd love for them to allow you to carry 2 or 3 substitutes. These Pokemon can not be called to battle if they are in the sub spots, but can be switched in and out in the overworld.

Oh, and has anyone head of Pokemon Burst? It's a new manga where these chosen people (I forgot what they are called exactly) can transform into their favorite Pokemon which are in a crystal (similar to a trainer having their Pokemon in a Pokeball). They get the characteristics and features of that Pokemon. It'd be cool if they had an action game based on that.
I'd love to unite with Quagsire, Weezing and especially Carracosta (which one of the characters can transform into).
Further researching: it was the CEO of TPC that said there were Pokemon games being made for DS and 3DS that would "surprise fans". Reveal expected Sept. 18th. Real exciting. It could be related to that.

lol Except, they didn't have an actual Digimon in their D-vices. For example, if their device were to get destroyed, there goes their way to Digivolve.. and Pokemon Burst, the Pokemon is simply released.

Actually, Digimon Frontier is my second favorite Digimon, after Digimon Tamers.
I love the theme song! I know season 4 wasn't really that bad. It just wasn't my cup of tea. I didn't care for the fact the kids turn into Digimon. Ruins the bonding between Digimon and tamer. The rest is just my opinion and I'm sure you could prove me wrong on those opinions. I greatly prefer season 3.

But yeah, I was turned off at first, but it ended up having a really good story even without the relationships. With that said, Tamers is still Miles better.
The problem I always have with the Japanese versions are that they never seem to fit. Sure they sound nice, but it's like they picked a random song they liked instead of tailoring it for the actual show (or even the animations in the intro). Everything in the english version of the Season 4 opening fit: The animations (sort of, you could still tell they were used for some other song, though), the lyrics, the tone and style - they all fit the themes one way or another. And it sounds good. A real winner in my book.
