Ehrm, correct, StarFox would seem to be the only confirmed remake of the set. I wasn't sure about Paper Mario at first, but the screenshots later indicated newness.

Meh, I dunno...if there was a way to get my money-, er...points back from the VC games then I'd go with it. But, meh...I wonder if they'll remake Yoshi's Island though, since the Wii is having issues.

Yeah, me too. I don't really understand the point of having so many ports of previous games on the 3DS. Sure, improved graphics and you can play it on the go, but YOU CAN DOWNLOAD IT ON VC!

I think it was something about the iron boots

i found the water temple to be fairly easy,the only hard part weas that everytime you wanted to use the iron boots, you had to pause and get to the item temple. glad they're making it an equipable item this time around

I think the idea is that, much like with Skyward Sword, they have decided that having to pull up menu screens to switch out items breaks the flow of the game. So, I understand them to be saying that the OoT remake will make use of the bottom touchscreen to streamline changing equipment or items. The Water Temple was particularly annoying because you had to go equip and un-equip your boots so often, sometimes several times in one room.

Hope it comes with extras, maybe a bonus dungeon or 2, in any case its on my to buy list, hopefully day 1.

They said they wouldn't do just a straight port with 3D effects, Reala. Whether the extras are new dungeons or not, I don't know, but they said they're adding stuff to the games.

@Adam They'll probably add a Super Guide, or in zelda's case, A "Legendary Guide"

Honestly I'm not too excited about this or the other remakes for the 3ds. I am most excited about the new games made just for 3ds

Turtle, that seems like it'd be a lot of work for a remake, especially when many of the buyers will have played the game before.

Nintendo has guaranteed that they'll be drowning in money for many more years to come...

I hope they do something to make it worthwile to play it again such as new skulltullas, heart pieces and side-quests.

You can still get it for just ten euros/dollars after all on the Wii VC.

3D and better graphics are enough for me! I'm a Zelda fiend and they always get my money! and owning 5 different copies of a link to the past and three of Ocarina doesn't mean I have a problem Right?........RIGHT!?
