I dont find the PSP Monster Hunters that great. So going with Freedom Unite 2 would be the best choice as all of it's predecessor's issues are more than likely fixed.

Doubt it, I don't have a PSP so I know nothing of importing and all that. I would feel the same way too, even if Monster Hunter isn't all about reading and story....I still want the darn game in my own language. xD

Well Tatsunoko VS Capcom didn't have online in Japan But it did when they Localized it. Like @Eureka says, It could have Friend Code limited Online. Capcom knows that if they plan on even releasing it here, they have to add Online of some sort because it plays a huge part in western player's purchase decisions.
