I've heard they are coming out in November and December but which one in which month and are there any exact dates? I Hope Mario Kart 7 comes out first.

I believe that Super Mario 3D Land comes out in November, with Mario Kart 7 following in December. As for exact dates, I don't think they've been given yet. I can't wait for either!!

Well I see here Gamefly says Mario Kart 7 Release date is Dec. 30th. Sometimes they are right, sometimes they are wrong. But that should give us some sorta clue that around that time late december its coming out.
well with the vita out in Nov for Japan and MK7 coming in Dec in US I sure hope its early Dec for USA so that it has time to go to Japan (I assume itll be out in USA b4 Japan because Retros working on it)

I don't think there are any numerical release dates for the USA but it is quite agreed that the 3DS will see a date with the Tanooki Suit in November and hit the tracks with MK 7 in December.

Mario Kart is a system seller, and having it come out in December pretty much guarantees a strong holiday for the 3DS. All those last-minute Christmas shoppers will be happy.
It sucks that the Vita won't be able to compete with the 3DS (worldwide) this Christmas. Sony is missing out on a big opportunity.
Up to 8 players will be supported for online and local multiplayer matches. Online matches will also be supported. The title will also use StreetPass and SpotPass functionality. With SpotPass, players can acquire ghost data from others around the world, allowing them to compete against the best racers across the globe. Likewise StreetPass will be used to allow players to trade ghost data directly with each other. Nintendo also plans to allow players that interact passively via StreetPass to then register each other and be able play each other via the Internet.

I always thought they don't launch any games/systems on Sundays.
No, they actually tend to launch big-name titles/systems on Sunday. I think it dates back to the SNES age when the Japanese government asked Nintendo and others to launch stuff over weekends to minimize business disruptions or something like that.
