My favourite part is that it works and the eShop is better than the DSi shop by miles.
I'm not being sarcastic about it working, either. My first update attempt failed pretty quickly, but then I've been able to update 3 systems just fine (although a little slow).
I've bought 2 DSiWare games on those systems (try guess which one...) Downloaded Pokedex once and Excite Bike twice. Rated 2 DSiWare games. Checked the internet browser and transferred all my DSiWare from my old DSi (that took 3 attempts, but the process was fun with the Pikmin doing the heavy work). So for me, pretty smooth considering the server load that Nintendo must be getting affected by.
The only thing I don't like so far - Only certain DSiWare titles can be found simply by browsing. You have to specifically search for the others.
Author of Digger Dan DSiWare.
Coming very soon to Nintendo 3DS via the eShop.

I've tranferred my stuff and downloaded Excitebike, Pokédex, Super Mario Land and Alleyway. Easy to browse, quick downloads and prices seem fair.
I also found out I had 700 points left on my DSi last night so I downloaded Calculator and Digger Dan & Kaboom.

Top stuff!! Don't forget to rate it later

@ImDiggerDan When you transfer from DSi to 3DS, do you have the option to leave stuff on the DSi? I'd like to leave one or two games on there. Thanks

Will do! Go to go into town later so I might play it on the tram.
Unrelated but Drift Street International seems to have a weird problem where a one frame every so often messes up... I don't remember it being like that on the DSi.

You can choose to transfer over titles individually. Whatever you don't choose to transfer stays on your DSi. Just keep in mind that once you do transfer something, it'll be off your DSi forever, and you cannot transfer it back.

@Teh-Ray - great thanks. Just want to leave the games that the wife uses on the DSi and take the rest across.
Have to say, I'm a bit "meh" on the browser. It's OK, but compared with my phone it's more a nice to have. The shop is way better though.

Just updated and liked the fact that it was smooth sailing... 3D Classics Excitebike for the win.

No problem at all, man! Glad to help.
Also, did anyone actually expect the browser to be any good, anyway?

@Teh-Ray - true. It's a nice to have. I can see it being of use from time to time, but it isn't going to replace my phone browser or anything. I'd be interested in a you tube channel, but mostly at E3 last year they said there would be eurosport and skysports 3D coverage. But almost nothing said about it since. Would be very interested in that.
I've transferred a couple of games by the way - watching the pikmin move stuff across is the best thing I've seen yet, and another thing for me that separates Nintendo from the rest. Instead of just a "waiting" icon, or progress bar, you get those awesome little guys. I also think between this, them being on the AR cards and regular murmerings about pikmin and 3DS, we will see an announcement today for a proper 3DS Pikmin. Maybe a NGC game updated for it rather than a new one.

There is a lot of things wrong with the new shop. First I'm again disgusted that they just change the dollar sign to a euro. I'm terrified to find out how expensive a GameBoy Color or GameBoy Advance game is going to be. They do that all the time. 250 Dollars for a handheld, 250 Euro's for a handheld. I hate it.
I also don't understand why Nintendo waits so long until they release the shop, and they we can only buy games with credit cards because there are no eshop cards. Is it really so difficult to just create a conversion thing for the time being. Like you add 2000 of the other points and it will amount to 20 Euro's. I don't have a credit card and from what I've read I have to wait till the end of the month till I can finally buy a game.
Apart from the prices, I understand it's just a Virtual Console like on the Wii. But why not add the two player mode in Tennis over WiFi. Now we see a screenshot with a two player option while the game is only one player.
The DSiWare shop sucks. At first I was really pissed that there were only a few DSiWare games. But there are more games. But there is no description that tells you that. Even worse. Try finding a specific game. You can't search on name. WTH. A simple search option in the shop, how could that not be there. Now you have to go back to the main screen of the eShop and enter a name there. So, user friendly, I think not. Think about all the DSiWare games that people are going to miss because of such a clumpsy navigation.
Then the description of DSiWare games. Why can't I enlarge an image? I can't see what a game looks like on a picture smaller then a stamp. You can enlarge the 3DS screens, you can enlarge the Virtual Console screens, why not this one.
That being said, I like 3D Classics Excitebike, nothing special, but I'm curious to see how the other classics are going to be. The 3DS Pokédex is nothing special with only 16 Pokémon. And I hate the new generation because they look terrible (most of them). I don't own Black or White so I don't see myself using it a lot. I like the browser. Too bad there is no Flash support. That's really something that will be missed. Ironically, content on the Nintendo site can't be reached as well. But it's nice to read my email, check the news or something like that on the go. It is pretty slow though.

The greatest moment yet: watching the Pikmin carry (a few of) my DSiWare titles over to the 3DS. Truly wonderful way to animate the process.

Duh, no problem with Drift Street International actually, press down looks in the mirror and I was using the slide pad so I kept accidentally pussing it down for a split second. I'll stick to the d-pad from now on.
Also played some Digger Dan, simple and fun!

The fact it removed that p.o.s. White Knuckles video off my system.

After seeing the trailers, they all look amazing. Except animal crossing. What should I get Zelda OoT, StarFox 64, Kid Icarus, or Siper Mario Bros 3D(If it is coming out in the near future.)
