It's worth noting that this isn't actually the first Game and Watch Gallery game.

Weirdly enough, Australia and Europe exclusively got one before this, called Game Boy Gallery, with no classic mode, and Ball, Manhole, Flagman, Vermin and Mario's Cement Factory.

Despite having no classic mode, the remakes were truely awesome (and very different to later games in the series). It's a pity this one probably won't be released on VC.

@Project-L will it be worth it for newcomers like me?

If there is a broil between 3DS and PS VITA, then GO 3DS!!!

@sam322 - You'd essentially be getting 8 games with 2 difficulty levels each for $3, so even if you don't like a few of the games, you're still getting a great value for your money. It's worth getting, no question about it.

Exactly.

Oh man, how wrong i was in my first post here. Didn't know there already were remakes in the Gallery games. Enjoying 'em quite a lot and can't imagine getting another Game & Watch game without these. So, well done, no new collection needed really.

I remember U.K. games magazine Total! hating that game. I think they gave it 5%.

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

I find classic Fire! to be way easier than it's updated brother. Maybe it's because the mvements so static-y.

This game is pretty fun, worth the 3$ IMO.

Thaaaaaanks for noticin' me.

Its also way more boring than its updated brother.

I wasn't so sure if I'd enjoy this game but modern manhole was so fun that I could've spend that 3€ just for that game Got over 1000 points in easy mode and unlocked very hard. That thing really is hard!

It's its, not it's.

Not getting it, even though I can afford it. I already have G&W gallery 4.

Modern Manhole Very hard mode is indeed quite Hard. Hard enough to the point that playing Modern Manhole for Five minutes on Very hard mode will likely make the Challenges on Bit Trip Complete seem very easy.

This is a signature.

I finally completed it. 5 stars on all easy and hard, all classic and modern.

Witnessing Yoshi shooting Bowser with a gun on modern Oil Panic was probably the biggest OMG Nintendo moment I ever witness.

For the best Wii U HD experience, Mad Catz Wii Component Cable in 1080p

Eel

Heh, the only game I have gotten more than 2 stars is easy modern Octopus (Just because I love the music!), so you have my respect.

Bloop.

We're supposed to be going for A THOUSAND points? Sheesh, I thought the goal was 400, since two stars unlocked stuff in the gallery! I'm so sad now...

Looks like I have some work to do.

I hope they release the rest of the series soon. I used to own the first one a long time ago. I love these high score types of games~

Eh? Didn't all of those eventually see another re-release in the game and watch gallery series, classic mode and all? ...Well, except for flagman. I don't remember that one being remade.

I don't always give myself signatures, but when I do, you just read it.

Adamant

The remake of Flagman got ported to Wario Land 2, of all things. So it's available all right. The main difference between the remake and the classic is the addition of two more numbers.
