Best handheld I've played... well, of course. Kid Icarus: Uprising is probably my favorite handheld game out there. It's just so much fun to play at anytime and anywhere. Plus, the eShop has so much games to buy, and I'm still working on some of my VC backlog.
But I still love the PC over everything else, simply because it's the PC. It has almost everything you want: some of the best exclusives ever, the best performance (assuming you have a good set-up), and the best online features. ...Though that's to be expected, as the PC has been around forever.
Metroid, Xenoblade, EarthBound shill
I run a YouTube/Twitch channel for fun. Check me out if you want to!
Please let me know before you send me a FC request, thanks.
My favorite is the often underestimated Gamecube. Though I guess knowing that, the 3DS reminds me of the Gamecube in many ways. Though I, am probably wrong but, think that the 3DS is more powerful in certain areas. But all in all, I feel at home with the 3DS and the system's library has yet to disappoint me whatsoever (glad I chose the 3DS over the Wii U atm).
3DS is my favorite but because I see it as DS plus, can play all DS games plus the 3DS games, which makes imo the best library ever, only the PS2 with backward compatibility to psone matches but the backwards compatibility was not perfect you were never sure if certain psone title will run well on your PS2, 3DS is perfect backward compatible with any DS game except guitar hero on tour so it gets my vote.
I'm in love with my 3DS, one of the best presents I've ever gotten. But nothing can beat my mom's SNES. I was literally raised on it, even in the womb I had Mario in me! Hahaha.

I truly LOVE the 3ds. Its also slowly becoming my favorite console, not just "handheld" console. It's easy to navigate, visually appealing, has a VAST amount of games and upcoming games, and much, much more. I believe its living up to and is on its way to surpassing the ds as the best handheld console ever. Now, the best console ever, thats a long way away for most people. For me, its like a short stroll because Ive always found a love for handhelds more then home consoles.
Favorites Series':
Video Games~Pokemon,Harvest Moon,Animal Crossing,Rune Factory and Smash Bros.
Films~Scream films,Final Destination,Jurassic Park,ALL Pixar films and any superhero film.

I was thinking something about the 3DS today..... later this year, we will have a new Pokemon, a second Zelda, a Mario Golf, a new Mario Party and a second Mario RPG, along with everything else that is out already. I am beginning to wonder if Nintendo will ease up a bit on their 3DS development next year, and sit back and enjoy the evergreen sales that arise from all the quality games on the system that are now out, and will be out by the end of the year. They really have a lot of bases covered now at this point. Obviously there are plentY of other games that can and should launch for it in the coming years, but I am just questioning whether we will see such momentum in the years ahead, like what we have seen in 2013. I can see Ninty putting a lot of the developers to work on Wii U now when they have finished up work on 3DS projects personally.
If Nintendo continue the momentum in the long run with killer-apps out monthly, as we have been seeing of late, then I think the 3DS will easily be my favourite console of all time: Imagine in 2014 if we got new entries in the Advance Wars, Metroid, F-Zero, Warioware, Excitebike, 1080*, and Wave Race series? Or even some unexpected updates in the form of a new Startropics game or a handheld sequel to Eternal Darkness? That would be really great. However, I can see them letting the third parties pick up a bit of the slack next year, as they focus on getting the Wii U up and running properly.

I dont know about my favorite system of all time but it is definitely my favorite handheld of all time. I have actually found myself playing this more than any other handheld I own/have owned. Plus my library is the largest is the largest handheld library I have ever owned and its only going to get bigger.

@OldMan-Tech Please update my Friend Code too 0877-0511-8391 I transferred my info to a new 3DS I did a reset that didnt work out the way I had hoped please update my FC again if you would be so Kind this is the last time im transferring systems. I lost all my save files for Eshop titles and Retail downloaded titles. I was real unhappy to see that happen. this just means I never buy another retail game from the Eshop. Not if the save file is gone if you have to transfer it for some reason. 60 hours of Harvest Moon a New Beginning shot down the tubes! No good! Add my wifes 3ds if you have room. she is playing animal Crossing with my group soon her FC is 1950-8228-3351
