I'm not waiting ha-ha! I have an 8 dollar credit I've been hoarding for Gotcha Racing, those videos look amazing though and I must have it! lol Gosh if they keep releasing games like this who needs retail? J/k I know retail usually means b3tter quality but this looks to be amazing quality for 4.99. This game has a serious chance of selling a gazillion copies if its halfway decent.

Dragon Quest VII-Yes and Dragon Quest VIII-Yes I just don't think we are going to get them. You would think E3 would have seen those announcements. Square is getting a little weird. They are really getting into the Android Market and the iOS market. They must be making great money cause it sure seems they don't care much for consoles. I know we're getting Bravely Second. Is Nintendo Publishing That? If I remember right they published the first Bravely Default. It just seems Nintendo has to Publish any games from square that get ported west.

I know this ship has probably sailed but I would love to see Dragon Quest X get ported to either 3DS or Wii-U it wouldn't matter. I just think it's a little late now.

Ummm......Samurai Warriors 3 for 39.99 then what looks to be 68.00 dollars in DLC? Am I dreaming that? This is the kind of stuff that is ruining gaming! KOEI you have lost a customer. No thank you! I won't be buying if that comes to North America. Shame too I really liked that first Samurai Warriors. What do you get for 39.99, a demo?

First day the game release! You have got to be kidding me! Do this with Hyrule Warriors and Im not buying that either! This sucks! You just know that they are going to do Hyrule Warriors on 3ds the same way.

I don't think this will be a passing fad. These things jump off the shelf almost the second they get stocked. Look at skylanders and the Disney version of this. I think this is here to stay. The games I play haven't been affected. Thank goodness for that. I do hope they will just stick to a few games a year with amiibo support. I hope 3rd party devs will skip amiibo all together

@RegalSin you know I kind of agree with you. Why does the apple store and Android market offer so much for free or at low low prices? It's to get you hooked. Then later on They will just jack up the prices even though they makes millions with the current business model. To me Nintendo has gone middle of the road with this model. They are the most expensive market of these types but they will do the same and already have really. Charging full price for retail downloads is down right wrong. No packaging, booklet, cartridge.....shouldn't the download be cheaper?

@PanurgeJr I agree with you I don't like negativity myself. But there is an obvious problem that's why there are so many negatives flying up on this one. Telling people to take a chance when things are kind of messed up is kind of annoying to the people complaining. The majority of the posts are kind of complaints there is an obvious issue. Charging 34.99 for a 4.99 Android game? I'm not taking that chance. That is a valid complaint.

@FlaygletheBagel Yup that's pretty much the gist of it. I thought most of the software especially Xenoblade looked great. People are all bothered about Metroid Federation, but if you sit down and watch it for a while it really grows on you. Yeah it may have the wrong name on it to preserve its nostalgic status but I thought it looked great. I totally understand your frustration with the Wii-U, I feel pretty much the same way with my Netflix player (Wii-U) its just doesn't get much play. Once we beat Hyrule warriors it became our main Netflix player. That sucks! We can't do anything about it though until Xenoblade comes out which is where my moneys going. I'm not a big fan of Yoshi games but that Yoshi Yarn looked awesome. I just don't think all is lost with this E3. The people at Nintendo poor their hearts and souls into these shows and I'm a sure at work everyday. Their not out to provide us with a bad time in gaming. I will admit they have been in a funk for about 4 years now which is probably hard as hell to explain away. I wish I could work for Nintendo somehow but I don't live close enough. If I did live near them I sure would try. I wouldn't care if they gave me a job as a janitor in the building I'd take it. I just hope the NX will bring them out in front of the pack again.

Haha! Don't tell me I haven't taken a chance with over 200 downloads on my 3ds alone. So dude your dream is complete! Oh BTW there are many people right here on Nintendo life who also have their 3DS jam packed with downloaded content. The only thing I won't do is download A retail game. I'm buying my cartridge. Its mostly for trade in value when I'm done with a title. Oh then there is this one little issue...... Games on android .99 cents....same game on Eshop....9.99 to 34.99 seriously I don't like this article. I could kind of scream at this guy. I'm not buying that game with the huge price difference if your reading these posts. This last issue drives me nuts. WRC Rally is a perfect example 4.99 on android and 34.99 on Eshop....what the heck! I'm not taking that chance and don't remind me that the publisher sets the price. Somebody do the research and start putting the foot down on this issue.

Actually after watching the Treehouse play it on day three. I'm buying this hoping my friends will also buy so we can play co-op. It actually looked awesome. It may have the wrong title but its going to be good. Everyone always wants First person shooters well just look at it that way. Cause what I saw was a cool looking co-op first person shooter with online play

Those are my Retail buys and Indie buys so much for saving money haha! This show was not as bad as you think! Peace unto your Gaming.

@Mooj738 very well said mooj. Its going to be fine. Xenoblade is going to be so amazing we will forget about E3 about that time. Its going to be a grand Christmas as it usually is with Nintendo. And like you said, there will plenty to play.

You know what's funny? What turned me around on this show was the hour they showed of Metroid Federation for 3ds. The game looks incredible. So it might have the wrong name! It looks like a lot of fun. I'm buying that.

Keep it all in perspective people. Nintendo isn't here to wreck your gaming experiences. They are here to make it a good one and make you smile. Just like Sony and Microsoft. So take it easy and when the good times roll, let them roll. peace unto your Gaming!

Windy commented on Poll: How Excited Are You About Nintendo's E3 ...:

Well E3 is over and apparently most people didn't like what they saw. I'm not going to worry Xenoblade X is coming and for me will probably be game of the year and well worth the wait. Yoshi's yarn looks like it will please Yoshi fans. Its not my kind of game but I thought it looked awesome. Hyrule Warriors 3DS is coming and I'm excited as hell for that. Now let's talk Metroid Federation.....At first I was like what the heck! But after watching a full hour on the treehouse on day 3 I'm buying in hope my friends will buy so we can play online co-op. Its an awesome game with probably the wrong title but who cares its looked great. I also love the idea of a multiplayer Zelda game I'm glad Nintendo is taking a chance on that. If it doesn't work out they can go back to the regular formula which they wouldiI'm sure. Yep E 3 is over and really I think there are some great games on the way. Most of what we are getting are exclusive games and other systems won't be getting those. Just like we won't be getting some of theirs. I was a little dismayed with what I was watching the first 2 days myself. But than I sat and thought about it and really its going to be just fine. Indie devs have some great Eshop titles coming and even though Star Fox is catching some flack I would be willing to bet fans will be in heaven when that comes out. Lastly don't forget Mario Maker its going to be great fun making courses and uploading them to see if the worlds best can work their way through what you made. So rest easy everyone. Its going to be OK. Nintendo will still be bringing us fun games along with its IndiePartners. I think good times are on the way you just be patient and wait as Nintendo will say soon. Peace onto your gaming!

@Monkeh well I read the entire board and your post summed it up best. Could be some dark days for Nintendo and its fans coming. I love my 3DS I play it more than anything. But the Wii-U is turning into such a bust im at the point that the Wii should have stayed around another couple years instead of bringing us this thing. in the words of Charles Barkley "That's Turrible!"

haven't they apologized like 3 years in a row now? and how many times have they said they hope to meet gamers expectations? I actually like the presentation part of it that's fine. its lack of Expected content. I'm not jump in ship anytime soon but I am seriously thinking of trading my Wii-U for a New Nintendo 3DS. if it wasn't for Xenoblade that would be happening

there are some good games coming. I'm looking forward to Xenoblade Wii-U, and Hyrule Warriors 3ds. Mario Maker has made it to my radar due to the E3 coverage but it looks like I will be saving some money between now and Christmas which isn't a bad thing haha. I will buy a few Eshop exclusives that we don't get on cartridge. its going to be a light rest of 2015 for me.

Nintendo has given a fun presentation to watch on a low amount of content. Seems at this point they should just stick the dagger in the Wii-U. darn shame too.

Windy commented on Talking Point: Metroid Prime: Federation Force...:

I kind of sensed most people would take this game like wearing a pair of wet socks lol. who knows it might be fun so keep that in mind. my opinion is that it just doesn't look anything like metroid and probably shouldn't have the metroid name on it. people may actually feel better about it if that was the case. Again, the Wii-U is just doing so bad when things like this happen it raised peoples frustrations.

Windy commented on Poll: How Excited Are You About Nintendo's E3 ...:

I've been so disappointed so far with E3. oh well I guess it will save me money for the rest of the year since all I game on is Nintendo products. I am excited for Xenoblade, Hyrule Warriors 3ds and that's about it. I'm so hoping for some surprise announcements- Any of the Dragon Quest Games would be a welcome announcement. As usual Nintendo is putting on an entertaining show that's well done they just don't have any top tier software. I'm sure Yoshi will do good and Xenoblade, Mario maker will do well also. I think Metroid fans will be a bit put off. I also think most people are bit put off by Amiibo in general. The Wii-U is doing so bad, its really sad to have that system and wait for anything decent

No Shot! although I would buy it if it did. Seriously there is Noway. Sega will only bring the little kiddie games to Wii-U. Games like this go to PS4 And XboxOne. my money would be on XboxOne getting it since part 2 ended up on the original Xbox. Wii-U is such a flop its so frustrating.

Windy commented on Video: Here's Your Handy E3 2015 Wii U And 3DS...:

I actually thought the presentation end of it was good but then there is a little matter of Decent Wii-U Content which really all I saw was a few good games and a scramble to get some bunk titles out so they can say they released something for the system. The Wii-U is crashing and burning. Xenoblade will be a huge hit but really Monolith should really consider bringing that title to XboxOne and PS4. Mario Maker is going to be huge as well but the system is so light on great software its just sad. I'm seriously at the point of trading my Wii-U for a New Nintendo 3DS. if it weren't for Xenoblade I would have already done so.

Question does anyone Know if Hyrule Warriors for 3DS will run on the Old 3DS or do we need to buy a New 3DS to play it? I'm guessing we need to buy a New Nintendo 3DS since the system they are using in the trailer is the New 3DS.

doesn't it make more sense to listen to gamers on a worldwide platform. I know there will be a lot of people at E3 but I think you would get a better feel for what's happening with players worldwide by running surveys. I think that would show you were listening more so than just a gaming show. it is a good show though I attended about 10 years ago and would love to go back. so much fun

Does Project Giant Robot include Johnny Sako and his friends? funny I was browsing Hulu last Week and came across that show I used to watch when I was 6 years old. yep I'm older than dirt.
I hope we see at least one of the next 3 games announced for north america and Europe Dragon Quest VII, Dragon Quest VIII and Dragon Quest X. its going to be a darn shame if none of those get ported. its getting a little late for Dragon Quest X but I'm still hoping for it anyway on 3DS or Wii-U. Right now I'm loving the Eshop games, especially Japanese Railway Sim. What a pleasant surprise that game has been, I hope we see the sequels get ported. I'm worried about the Wii-U but the 3DS definitely has some great times ahead for us. I'm actually thinking of trading my Wii-U for a New Nintendo 3DS. I just don't play it. hopefully this year will change all that with Xenoblade.

good to hear! I also think the price on this is very good compared to hours and hours of enjoyment you can get from a title like this. I may get this but my Wii-U has a pretty thick layer of dust on it. I'm even thinking of trading it for a New 3DS and washing my hands of it.

@cypronia its great to see you guys jump in and be active with your game most devs don't do that kind of thing. I think its great. also don't listen to those "its a clone naysayers!" The Wii-U needed a game like Cube Life Island Survival and you were willing to take that chance and I for one thank you guys for doing it. Keep up the great work I hope to see more titles from you guys.
