I have liked what I have played so Far and would agree with the review. The sound on the 3DSXL though is low. I wish I had downloaded this to my 3DS with the better sounding speakers. My wife is taking over the XL when Animal Crossing comes out anyway maybe I will just do a complete system Transfer
Great review! I've been playing this and love the whole clothing collection for prizes and abilities. This is a game that reminds me of the old days. Colorful, beautiful graphics. Nice puyo, puyo/ doctor robotniks mean bean gameplay. Gosh an online scoreboard and some head to head online and this game would really be just awesome. Heck I give the game 4 points right off the bat for the coolest 3d opening logo of all time. I could sit and look at the logo for hours. 7 is very good and right on. If your lookin for a good puzzle game this is it.
Great Screenshots but the only thing im concerned with this time around is online play straight from the 3DS. Im having fun with MH3 on 3DS but its a lonely ordeal
Omg nobody see's the releases of pacman and other games to every system known to man as wrong and just plain greedy. The megamans are one thing they didnt get a release on every single system except the atari jaguar <-------humor for today. But this is rediculous and sorry pacman has seen better days. Now i did play a sequel to pacman on the tg16 that was quite good. Whynot a sequel to that. Or a psycodelic explosion sequel the way square did space invaders. Now that would make Jeff Minter proud.
Perfect candidate for online play but again nope. Oh well I will play my online darts via clubhouse games which is the best collection of board games ever
I think I will finally dive into this. I had been holding off for some online multiplayer play. Looks like its a good racer although no online. Plus the fact it reminds me of Tempest 2000 on Jaguar which could be considered one of the best arcade games of all time
I like the game and would love to see a sequel more along the lines of Dungeon Village part RPG part Sim. Keep them coming Circle I like both publishers dreams and Bookstore Dreams
I like the game. it seems to teach you what you need to know with a learning curve. So far Each time I get further and further without having to restart. I currently have 3 projects going with 1 investor and upgraded office space. There doesn't seem to be that Rush feeling you get in Bookstore Dreams. You do alot of watching people work. The Humor does Fly via Nasty emails from customers who will never buy your games again LOL. I would love to see some kairosoft games come out too the Eshop. Especially Dungeon Village. Has anyone Emailed Circle yet a copy of one of the nasty email's or good ones from Publisher Dreams I was thinking of doing that?
@Donjwolf I recommend not passing the videogame humor alone is worth going through. Plus its just 1.99 if you don't like it it doesn't hurt the wallet. I loved Bookstore Dreams and I'm liking this one as well. No big deal anyway it will always be there should you decide you want it anyway. I just think its worth it for the videogame humor
@Thomasbw84 have you played Dungeon Village? If not I would recommend it. I think its the best of the kairosofts. Excellent mix of RPG and Sim. Its on android and iPhone/Ipad
Thomas good Review. I'm only on year 3 I've been playing this all morning and I'm enjoying it a lot. My favorite part of it is the Hate Mail your customers send you lol just hilarious......I hate your game. I will never buy another of your games again. ROFLMOA Its good to see circle throw in some real life humor. I feel just about right on par with Thomas's review I'm actually not Sim fan even though I played the crud out of Bookstore Dreams and Dungeon Village and absolutely loved them. Looks like I'm going to like this one too. I give it a 7 so far to year 3. Great review thanks Thomas
I guess kickstarter is the only way devs can get a game going these days. I don't know why and have no clue why but it doesn't feel right. Anyone else feel weird about the kickstarter craze?
@SparkOfSpirit You know I often wonder what's up with sega even years ago they had many games on their saturn and Dreamcast they would not bring to north America and Europe. I can't see them not bringing this 3dized sonic. I would love to see a 3dizing of Shenmue and Phantasy Star Online as well. But that's really pushing things there
This is great news. I have been waiting for it. I really hope konami and capcom jump on this train and bring us Dracula X/Castlevania And Mega man this way
It's a sad day when servers get shut down. Especially for games like this when there was always someone to play with everyday 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Monster Hunter Tri got more hours out of me than any other home console game. I hope someone Might figure out a way to play this online in the future. I sure wish the 3DS had online play cause I would feel right at home. Time to move on.
I've been tempted to get this. I recently picked up Lego Lord of the Rings 3DS on a clearance rack and its pretty fun. Although Lego Lord of the Rings says on the package it's an open world experience it really doesn't feel open world. It is fun though. It probably is open world but I would consider Xenoblade on Wii open world and Lego Lord of the Rings doesn't have that feel of being thrown out into this huge world. How about Lego City? Does it Feel Open World on 3DS?
I've downloaded some games despite a bad review. Not this time. I'm going to let this one slip into the abyss of the Eshop and disappear forever There is just so much good coming out why mess it all up with a bad one. I don't even think a price drop will tempt me
@HugoSmits I still like Color commando alot but, after finally getting into Soul Hackers after 6 hours I'm loving it now Took me a while on Soul Hackers but better late than never. I still havent beat Color Commando im off the next couple days if My wife doesn't have alot for me to do this week I will make a run on Color commando. Really fun Hugo and thats all that Matters
@Prof_Elvin_Gadd I'm bad I always vote on something I already bought **looks left then Right** Haha Hope Europe enjoys the Goodness that we have had in the US here already.
@Everyone Just a side note I'm still boycotting Nicalis since they cannot find a way to get Cave Story to our friends in Europe. Just my own dumb little boycott. Now as I see a game like Bloody Vampire make it to Europe I know that Cave Story can make it too and there is simply no real reason as to why. So Ikachan you must wait until Cave story gets into our european Friends hands . I liked Bloody Vampire better than Cave story anyway. Its not as long but too me it was just more fun
Great week for Europe! Damrey, Bloody Vampire and Color Commando all great games! Enjoy guys! I will be getting Damrey on Thursday. Let us know how it is
@Harrison_Peter Thank you so much! That little bit you wrote was more than enough Can't wait for the game and see some friends online I really like visiting peoples towns. Hope you can get as crazy in this like ACWW where you can edit tiles and change the look of your town. Great stuff
@Nintendolife Can you guys do an article on what's involved with the online Multiplayer play? There doesn't seem to be alot of info on it. would be much appreciated thanks
@Eisenbolan the level 5 games usually run about 7.99 so far every one of them worth every penny especially Crimson Shroud which is actually on sale right now for 4.99
@RetroGBHippie92 From what im seeing with the Denpamen 2 it looks even longer than the first one which was no short game. I bet the second with its overworld maps will be even bigger.
I'm going to blow a gasket if they ever announce Fantasy Life for the West and Europe. These will be bought as well. 3DS is getting some great 3rd party support!
@Chriiis Sorry I was late to the ATV get together my wife bought a Patio set and I got roped putting that together until 7pm last night. I did jump on late and got 4 people racing in my game. I got in about 15 races. Next week I will be on time
@Chriiis Sorry to get off topic guys. Join us tonight Chriis on the ATV online get together. it starts at 6pm pacific time I host this every friday night and will continue to do so at least until Animal Crossing comes out
Keep in mind guys these are just reviews and might not reflect how you personally think about a game. It's just an oppinion from a person who usually loves the hobby and does it as a hobby most of the time. These guys are professionals and they do a very good job at letting us know how a game plays and whats included. The only word that's final or counts is your own.
@Chriiis That is True Chriis it does come down to tastes. I also think ATV deserved a better rating but some would think otherwise. I also Loved Witch and Hero and that got a really bad review. Now call me crazy I'm absolutely hating Soul Hackers where just a ton of people would love it and it was also rated well. This title might be Catered to kids and they may love it. it doesn't sound like my type of game therefore I haven't played it and should just leave it that way and say nothing
