@Vyacheslav333 that reminds me of the Steam Deck…🫨
That’s why I stick with Nintendo (it was also my first console ever, so I just can’t let go of Nintendo). My friend had a Steam Deck , (he switched to Nintendo😉) and while Steam itself is great to use, the Steam Deck exeperience was horrible (at least for me).
@MrCarlos46 I always loved how the little “blocks” were falling into the shopping bag on 3DS while downloading, and how it was “wrapped” as a gift 🎁 the software you downloaded before you could start playing.
I never had a DS, my first gaming console (that was mine; we had a Wii simultaneously ) was the 3DS, which left an incredible mark on my youth, mostly because it was something unbelievable. I did have a copy of Nintendogs on it, and I couldn’t stop playing it😙
I’m a fan of LEGO since I was a child, and I always like these “twists” of LEGO and the video game industry. On the other hand, I’m then sad if children spend more time playing the game instead of playing with LEGO😢.
@JohnnyMind Agree. I’ve actually always been against splashcreens at the start of the game, because they just advertise themselves. And then kick out people who did like 70% of the work (just guessing).
@Samalik I guess I wouldn’t like private info on devs (I’m a developer myself), but I’ve never seen such a leak about developers (or at least I’ve been avoiding it for ever since 😅). I really like peeks at history, of what could have been implemented into past games, and concept art, of course, just like everyone else. But I always feel a bit guilty, because it’s not easy for developers to keep the information hidden, even worse when someone’s deliberately trying to steal information.
@MeanBeanEgg I don’t know, I like it actually. I always thought of it why I shouldn’t look into people’s eyes, I want them to see my beautiful design on the back.
@Pipulitoch Switch and 3DS coexisted together for some time too, so this will be likely the case. Also, when you look at all the interviews and everything, it seems that Nintendo isn’t willing to give up the OG Switch anytime soon.
@JohnnyMind true. On the other hand, Nintendo could cut the price even BEFORE announcing the Switch successor, right? (Ok, we all know that’s not gonna happen, but still, would be nice)
@nin10doom agree. You think Nintendo will update the software? Instead of the minimalistic design which is right now (which I like, but I still glare angrily at my Switch whenever I see a theme on my 3DS 😆)
I already have this vision on my mind, like when you inserted a DS card into a 3DS. The screen was bigger than the DS game. Of course, today’s technology doesn’t allow that, so it won’t happen, right? Otherwise, I’m glad that backwards compatibility is here. I can’t throw away my Splatoon 3 story mode progress RIGHT NOW.

Re: Pokémon's Major Game Freak Leak Is Apparently Over (For Now)
@8bit-Man come to think of it, the only good thing about leaks is that lawyers got a job to do. Or they have an extra headache…
Re: Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered Details Returning 'Photo Mode' Feature
So, doing the same thing as Splatoon 3 with Photo mode. Nice.

Re: Talking Point: With 'Switch 2' Coming, Will Switch Get A Price Cut?
@Tasuki You’re right. The only time I remember cutting the price was the Nintendo 3DS.

Re: Feature: Nintendo's Long-Lost Advent Calendar Game Comes Home For Christmas On Switch
@EarthboundBenjy have you ever tried playing SpeedRunners? Also a Flash game, it’s on Switch for some time already.
