Re: Capcom Is Remastering The GameCube Resident Evil, But It's Not Coming To Wii U

rbmoura85

@IceClimbers the consumers dont have an obligation to buy the product. If third party developers like to make some kinds of games and this games look and play better on ps4, them people who are interested in these kinds of experiences will buy a ps4. If nintendo doesnt create the perfect enviroment for these kinds of software, people who buy nintendo consoles will be made up mostly of people who are not that much interested in these experiences.

But can nintendo fix it nowadays? i don know...it all started with the mistake of using cartriges for n64, then it was followed by a series of other mistakes, and a comunity was formed around playstation and xbox. So, even if nintendo does make a perfect console for third party, people who love their playststions and xboxes will not buy it. Therefore nintendo is left with the nintendo fanbase, that is not very much interested in most of the games that third party companies are making.

Re: Nintendo Serves Up Over Four Minutes of Awesomely Detailed Hyrule Warriors Footage

I would like to say that for all people who tend to complain about games being simple, repetitive and easy, should at lest try to play this games on the hardest difficulty possible before complaining...to play a game on hard is a very diferent experience. It baffles me that some people complain about the lack of difficulty in games and yet, prefer to play them on normal.

Re: Poll: Which Is The Best Legend Of Zelda Game?

rbmoura85

I love them all! But to this date i still love A Link to the Past more them the others because of the freedom and the complexity of the dungeons, also because of the great pace and easy to pick up and play...

In 3d zelda dungeons you always have a central hall with four ways to go, and that took out the labirintic complexity of the older 2d dungeons. I miss that...im hoping zelda u will be the one that will finally take the position that alttp has in my perception.

Re: Wii U Version Of Project CARS Drops To The Back Of The Starting Grid

rbmoura85

Im very dispointed as this game is a day one buy for me, but...on the other hand, putting my optmistic cap on:

Two games that showed some promise when it comes to gamepad usage is this game and Watchdogs. In project cars because of the steering wheel and all its buttond that could be mimicked on the gamepad touch screen. In the case of watchdogs, is of course the hacking and all the things that that smartphone can do....so, what if the wii u version of these games was actually delayed as a strategy to try to make some people buy these games twice, as these gamepad functions might be very appealing?

Re: Parent Trap: Amiibo Charts A Fresh Course In The Toys To Life Sector

rbmoura85

@WanderingPB

every game that supports amiibo will have a diferent functionality for it...in smash it becomes a fighter, in other games it might become something else...its almost like buying a kind of DLC for multiple games. Maybe if you have a toon link amiibo, in the next zelda you are allowed to play as toon link, for example.

Re: Nintendo Looking To Grow Wii U Audience To Tempt Back Third Parties

rbmoura85

There is a lot of consumers who havent bought a next gen console yet...if nintendo can improve the wii u situation and it starts to get more third party support, to the point where you could find batman arkham knight on wii u, i think many late adopters type of consumers could choose the wii u as their console, for being the cheapest and with more exclusives...but, of course, this is a lot of ifs...

Re: Eiji Aonuma Plans To Shake Up the Puzzle Formula in The Legend of Zelda for Wii U

rbmoura85

@minotaurgamer
Actually, all those things that u said arent puzzles...in fact are. Just because they seem direct and easy, it doesnt mean they arent puzzles. Any problem that requires a solution is some form of puzzle. We tend to ignore them when we are so used to them that the solution comes very easily to us...like jumping on platforms in Mario to get to the other side. If someone had never seem a videogame before, they would need to have an insight to solve that problem. They would have to discover that mario can jump...just like it was a huge discovery to me in Alttp that a could push things to open secret passageways.

Re: E3 2014: Code Name: S.T.E.A.M., A Brand New IP, Unveiled for 3DS

rbmoura85

@Kirk

If it has a ton of mechanics that we dont know about and crazy stages, it could be as fun as mario kart. Plus, theres the possibility of a single player mode. I think we will have to wait and see the rest of the game.

But i certainly wish they woul make more mature games in modern genres like sandbox, fps, etc...it irritates me that they are so reluctant to do those things.

Re: E3 2014: Code Name: S.T.E.A.M., A Brand New IP, Unveiled for 3DS

rbmoura85

@Kirk i understand your disapointment, but i dont think thats all they are making...it has been sugested that miyamoto is working on a new ip with retro studios. I think this is all they wanted to show us right now...but about splatoon, if you havent, i totally sugest you to watch some of those treehouse shows, because that game really starts to get in your head after a while

Re: Reaction: Our Thoughts on Nintendo's Big Day at E3

rbmoura85

@Mahe if you keep talking like a toadette, captain toad is gonna slap you like a toadette...

Well, besides the many people that asked for captain toad game to be made, if there are people who are not interested in it, its their loss...because i just love its simple beauty. Its something only people who have a deep apreciation for videogames, their essence and aesthetics, will understand. Its like playing an 3d high def atari game...i just love it.

Re: HullBreach Studios and Cthulhi Games Retract Claim to Sadness IP

rbmoura85

@Twiilight_Prince since you are here, let me tell you something about what i think captured the imagination of people back when Sadness was announced. It was suposed to be game where the player was going to be able to interact with any object he encoutered. The player was suposed to be able to investigate drawers, remove objects from tables and use them via motion controls anyway he could in reality, thats the idea that the developers had in mind. Eventualy, SH: Shaterd Memories was the game that came close to fullfiling this concept, but Sadness could improve this, use motion plus, real time physics, etc. Remember that if you end up with the rights...with a great concept for a motion control game, exclusive for the Wii U, maybe u guys could get financed by Nintendo. Seek partnership with Climax Studios, whom developed Shatered Memories. I sincerely hope for your success.

Re: Exclusive: Lost Wii Game, Sadness, To Be Revived as Wii U Exclusive

rbmoura85

Its not about 2d not being scary...its about this game not representing what the original Sadness was all about. Back in those days, developers said you would be able to interact with every object in a 3d enviroment, search every drawer or closet, pick up anything and use anyway you want...this mechanic is what make the original idea for Sadness compeling, not its name, story, characters...without this gameplay mechanic, this game will not be what people were expecting from the original game, no matter what its called. Im gonna wait and see how this turns out.
