@Verg Migrate option? I dont think so. Actually i dont need to migrate because i own 3ds almost 2months without any eshop purchases. I'm just sad that that we could not support the Eshop before Christmas or did not give us date.
@Verg Eshop is not yet available (Slovakia). I wrote to a publisher and claimed that the date be changed due technical problems. He did not confirm the exact date

After last nintendo 3ds system update i was able to create nintendo id and eShop account in my country (slovakia).
