Myth or not does not matter - you will not be sent to labor camp for jokes about the president or government in US. Also, to prevent misunderstanding - I'm in Europe, but was born in USSR, so I know the difference.

@InJeffable @the_beaver Oh, I'm sorry, I haven't thought that PS4 and PS5 were different platforms since both are just custom PCs with AMD hardware.

They will probably have better chances at suing Razer for their Junglecat and Kishi mobile phone controllers.

I love this stuff and hope they will add Isabelle as an exclusive secret bobblehead figure to Switch version of Doom Eternal

Hope I will be able to continue from where I left on PC because I already was on some OP level (don't remember exactly) in BL2.

@KitsuneNight, I was playing this game on my laptop more than year ago, but stopped since got my switch

@Steelhead yeah, i still have several games that i never even started but i still play warframe, because it has so much to offer and i haven't got bored yet.

1 - Warframe - the most played game on my switch
2 - Doom 2016 (may be) - just re-downloaded it, because despite my expectations never got to finish it on my PC and never will (haven't played on PC for about a year now)
3 - Warframe - it's double affinity weekend after all

brilliant. it's a shame doom eternal is not on the switch yet, but i'm going to wait. meanwhile i'm downloading doom 2016 to actually finish it - i thought it runs and looks better on pc, so i'll play it there - never got to play anything on pc since i've got my switch, not only doom

@Mince don't play free-to-play games if you don't like spending money. as for me - i'm ok with spending some money on in-game purchases if i really like a game (you know, developers, designers and all other people involved should be rewarded for entertaining you). also i will never cheat in a game i don't like - it's like cheating in casino and then try to write it off as "because it's gambling it's ok".

@HeyItsFlapjack it's a straight port of "special edition" from pc or other consoles. bought it on pc long time ago but could not play it because of the issues with xbox controller. i think i finished the original dmc3 twice: for dante and for vergil. already purchased it today

there will be no switch pro, like there wasn't in 2019. nintendo is not competing with sony or microsoft, like it wasn't with gameboy and ds (sony tried to compete with nintendo and we all know how "well" it went). most of the people had forgoten, that nintendo started with handheld games (game&watch), than they moved into home console market when others crashed it in us (in europe nintendo had hard time competing with pc gaming and sega). when new players emerged in home console market (sony and microsoft) nintendo lost it's position and went back to where they started and excelled - handheld gaming.
who would by switch pro for $400 if new xbox and playstations cost the same and are more "pro"? i'd buy switch pro even for $1000 just because i can and i spend this much about twice a year on phones (don't like cases and screen protectors but drop phones a lot), but who else will?

I have 2 day 1 models, one of which is frequently used by kids, and have absolutely zero Joycon drift." - if you don't encounter any issues does not mean no one has them - you are just lucky. for example: i had no issues with windows phone, windows 8 and microsoft edge web browser (original) - we all know how well it played out

@60frames-please, you are mistaken, because for "performance mode" games use reduced textures, lightning and effects along with reduced resolution to jump from 30fps to 60fps. I'm glad this game has a very stable fps, even if it's 30 - don't like games that has variable fps and jump +/-10 or more frames. at least here we have smooth "cinematic" experience.

@gloom just activate "unchained mode" and set up what you want to automate - your legion will be semi or fully autonomous

bought it on day one and already played for 2 evenings. If you like to hear more female voices, than do not make my mistake and play as the sister. your character is not speaking in this game at all and your tween does a lot. also as i can tell your tween has the same lines no matter who it is. so i started a new game with the brother after the first file.

@60frames-please it worked for me with sniper elite 2 - played much smoother on tv in 720p. games actually have 2 presets but they are automatic. selecting 720p should not disable the boost switch's cpu gets from docking mode.

@60frames-please you know, you can actually go to Switch settings and select 720p as an output for TV instead of 1080p.

I never use d-pad for movement even in platformers (not a fan of fighting games) and will never exchange dock mode for d-pad.
I'm not sure why they removed dock support. If they wanted to make it cheaper, they could make it an optional buy. I never disconnect joy-cons from my switch, because I have a pro controller and couple of xbox controllers with 8bitdo bluetooth adapter to play on TV.

I'm the one, because I've decided to buy switch when I saw it has Doom and Wolfenstein. Breath of the Wild is the only Nintendo game I have in my library of 50+ games and not because I'm a Zelda fan but because I like open world games.
I bought Doom on Switch but continued to play it on Steam for some time, because Doom on switch runs 30fps and on my laptop it runs 60fps with better graphics. Haven't gone too far though because my xbox elite controller died and I'm waiting for the new one to come out this November. Meanwhile playing lot's of indie stuff on my Switch.
