@Joeynator3000 If you can do Crimzon Clover on easy then you’ll manage all of the Cave Shmups on easy too, they’re all reasonably gentle until you put the difficulty up. Highly recommend giving it a try provided you like this type of game.

Bought all of them at full price and they’re worth it for that, great ports of great games.

Played a reasonable amount and it’s not terrible, about 20 years since I played the original one so I wouldn’t be able to make a fair comparison. If there are no major issues on the rest of my playthrough I won’t feel upset. Not a great step up but considering the issues with remastering / remaking it things could be a lot worse and it’s not priced as highly as some less than impressive ports or remasters I’ve bought.

I pre-ordered it physically from Amazon and when the second expected date was ignored they emailed me saying it was delayed until 06th October. Whether it comes out then or gets delayed again who knows? I got the US version and it’s worth the wait.

Still shows that price when I select purchase, not going to break the bank I guess. Also strange that the DLC isn’t searchable on the eshop and only shows up when you go through the game?

Cool but in the UK the 15% reduction is not applied so I’ll wait for longer.

If he still has it in great condition then it will still be worth a lot, as time goes on most copies from the early sets become lost to time or damaged through play so high quality versions are scarce. As long as the demand is high then they’re worth what people will pay, it’s not like you can get early edition versions new any more.

I’ll add my two cents from when I played Magic the Gathering a while ago. The most expensive card, (Black Lotus), was signed that much by the artist that it was reckoned to be rarer to have an unsigned copy than a signed one. Having a high graded very rare card signed by the artist would almost certainly detract from the appeal and value of it. This chap is not being disrespectful, just sensible but he worded things in such a way that it came across as dismissive.

Would be nice to get Raiden IV in Europe first to be honest.

If you listen carefully at around 47 seconds on the reversed video then there is a whispering voice saying “Help us please”. Can’t make anything else out.

Other than that it sounds backwards both ways to me.
