Heh, as much as I love physical, I just don’t have the space for it so I decided to go all-digital-everything with video games starting with the Switch. We’re moving toward a digital era anyway so I figured I’d jump on the bandwagon.

P.S. speaking of “digital”, Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition is currently being sold for $39.99 on Amazon (in the US). Just bagged it yesterday because I couldn’t turn that deal down. Don’t know how long it’ll be up though so act fast if you want it... kind of surprised NL didn’t post an article on it. 🤔

Simplistic story telling is a con?? Mainline Mario games pretty much all have the same simplistic story, yet its never mentioned as a con. Seems a bit bias to me. 😐

Ha! This is dope! I just started my second play through on Master Mode about a week ago. I wanted a quick recap of the game before BOTW2 comes out. Can’t wait to try this out when I get home!

@huyi Yes, DEFINITELY that. As I get older, I definitely don’t have the time to invest in Monster Hunter like I used to, especially with so many other great (and maybe even better) games to choose from. It’s a series that gets buried under the pile for me.

I hate the fact that I fell out of love with the Monster Hunter series. They’re not bad games or anything, I just no longer care about the series anymore and idk why. 🤔

Nahh, DS will forever be the greatest handheld of all time to me. Can’t have a Switch without the DS existing first.

@Snatcher After the underperformed release of a game like Cyberpunk, Metroid Prime 4 can take another 5 years to get released as far as I’m concerned.

I was always hopeful for Paper Mario as a fighter, I figured he’d be announced alongside the release of Origami King, but I’m done being hopeful. I’ll just take what I can get at this point.

As a gamer that’s 30 and just started working out about 3 months ago, it’s very nice and mindful to see that an article like this got posted. Thanks. 🙏🏽

@dojmin Would have to totally disagree, it would be the most hardest o pull off for a handful of reasons. Let’s say a Donkey Kong or Metroid movie, Fire Emblem anime or Splatoon Nickelodeon cartoon would be be much more likely.

Sonic Adventure 1 & 2 HD Remasters would be nice, as I feel that asking for a third entry faces the chance of ruining the Adventure series... Haven't played a decent Sonic to my standards since Heroes if I'm being honest.

@playstation_king Regardless how challenging you think Nintendo games are now (which I would have to disagree with to a certain extent), Nintendo targets children/families for their base. Though their games are for everyone one to enjoy, I highly doubt their primary focus is man children when Mario games are being made.

Yet Nintendo’s target audience are children and early teenagers.

Is this in anyway connected to or a remaster of the original Battle Hunter that released on the PS1 in 2001 in NA?
