Re: Video: Reggie Explains Nintendo's Approach to Ensuring Wii U Success

@koopakid Project Cars. Also, Nintendo has no say in the controls for Bayo 2. That's up to Platinum. And I'm pretty sure Nintendo knows perfectly what to do with the gamepad, but they know that their competitors will copy it, so they want to finish what they're working on before announcing it.

But you should buy a PS3, as it has a good selection of great games.
Must-have games:
Red Dead Redemption, God of War, Saints Row 3 (if you like the humor), Skyrim, Mirror's Edge, InFamous, Bioshock (these are just off the top of my head).
Have fun, greatness awaits!

Bayonetta runs like poopiedoodledingdongs on the PS3, though. You're better off hoping for a re-release on the Wii U.

@Rief If I make money using a computer, is that unfair because I didn't create that computer? Should I give all my earnings to Alan Turing?
Good let's plays are hard work, they take a lot of time. You have to play the game, you have to edit the footage, and last but not least, you have to be entertaining. It's harder than ot sounds.
This is entertainment. If people are good enough at it to make money on it, then let them make money.

Re: Super Smash Bros. Will Have The Same Character Roster On Both Wii U And 3DS

@Gridatttack "Whats the limit? Not enough screen space for the character select?"
Having Rarity as your avatar fits you very well. She is not known to be the brightest of the five. cx
The limitations come down to how much storage space there is on a 3DS cartridge, how many different carachters you can put in the game before you run out of space.

Re: Ubisoft Delayed Rayman Legends On Wii U In Fear Of Low Sales

@MilesVor Microsoft. They have a policy that says any game released on their console, can't have been released on other consoles first, and needs to have the same content on disc. The PS3's disc capasity isn't fully used on multiplats because of this, for instance.

Of course, I would love it if Ubi had just said a big f*ck you to MS and ignored the xbox, but they care too much about money to do that.

Re: Want A Boxed Copy Of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies? Pester Capcom

Not really hyped for this. I playe the first one partially on pc (emulator because lack of compatible HW at the time, kinda want to buy it for my 3DS because I like the story), and it has so much potential, but I noticed so many flaws. It pisses me off when I see a contradiction, but it hasn't been programmed, and therefore the game punishes me for finding a solution that would work in a real court. Also being able to easily refute "evidence" in the game. Is this better in the sequels?

SPOILER
Also, why do I need a ghost to tell me how to solve a case I could solve myself, could I actually look properly at the evidence?
SPOILER END

Re: Molyneux: Nintendo Is "Brilliant" At Attracting Players, But Their Hardware "Gets In The Way"

@AlexSays One billion doesn't say much. Is that one billion devices used atm, or one billion devices sold, ever?
Keep in mind, Apple has released seven different iPhones since 2007. Only the latest three support most of the games, some of them just the latest two. Five iTouches in the same amount of time. And four iPads since 2010.
Also, many of those devices share the same account, which means I can buy a game on my iPhone, and have the same game on my iPad, free of charge.
Lastly, I don't think mobile gamers - who are used to paying between zero and six dollars for games - are gonna start paying 30-40$, even if it is Nintendo. And no, physical distribution donesn't cost them enough to justify selling their games dirt cheap.
There is a reason games cost 1$ on iOS and 15 on PC.
