@Rayquaza2510 it's a strange one to really understand as I played fairy tail on ps4 last month and there's no censorship and a lot of swimsuit action, same with most anime games they have dlc swimsuits that they don't censor.

But then other games they censor and at first they censored devil may cry 5 (not an anime game) but changed it when fans complained

I'm hoping sony don't censor it as I got the last one on ps4 purely for the upgraded graphics and trophies, but if it comes to it then I will get the second one on my switch.

@Rayquaza2510 it's not because the last of us 2 was first party, Sony censor games where the main character is portrayed to be underage (school age)

Hmm I'm half way through breath of the wild (I think) but now wondering if I should stope and play this first as story wise it makes sense

@Blooper987 are there any gun oriented characters in smash as I thought it was a melee game and tracer wouldn't suit that, though her rewind ability would be cool, would use it every time someone fell off the map lol

@Willsy lol even if they break even in teh manufacturing then there's still a way more bigger user base buying games for both the handheld and console

It all boils down to if its worth it financially for Nintendo

In my opinion, as much as I love my switch and switch lite, I think they benefited more from having a proper home console and a seperate dedicated handheld.

@Kezza64 I see where you're coming from but since I've been gaming on nintendo (gamecube onwards) Nintendo have always had a console and an handheld going on at the same time both bringing in some big sales figures when combined (100 million plus), even the ds on its own sold 154 million then the wii sales at around the same time are currently at 101 million so in total nintendos handheld and console sales for that generation were 255 million sales total!

But the switch is now both Nintendo's main console and handheld so should realistically atleast be aiming for 150 million sales total

But who knows there's still some time left maybe the switch will reach those figures

Considering the switch is now both Nintendo's console and handheld division in one, are the sales numbers that impressive still? I mean let's forget about the wii u, imagine merging nintendos last great main console (the wii) sales with the last handheld (3ds family) sales, then you will see that the switch, which takes up both of those markets is still lagging way behind in sales

@rjejr I have play BOTW on the switch and Genshin on my ps4 and have thoroughly enjoyed both.

Genshin does clone a few things from zelda but it's is a more filled out game and to me is an improvement over zelda, in terms of story, graphics, voiced content, better combat, things to do in the world, skills and no weapon breaking every 10 seconds lol

Gacha mechanics aside I think this is an Amazing jrpg which zelda isn't, it has some of the best graphics I've ever seen from an anime styled game and I've played a lot..
Yes it does have some zelda mechanics mixed in but does have some better additions than zelda and the combat is better in my opinion

But what a out mythicals?
I want to use my victini, shaymin and diancie 😩

Lol game is dead on ps4 and pc, might give it a try though

@Pod where was it sold out? I'm from the UK and most retailers still have loads of stock, it's also only £44.99 at box.

Really enjoying sunshine at the moment.
I did try playing super mario 64 first but it was god damn awful, the controls,movement and camera were absolutely shocking that I just couldn't play it

In terms of new game announcements this was the worse TGS in a long time

The burst of publicity about virtual pedophilia in Second Life may have focused on the wrong target. Video games are properly subject to legal controls, not when they enable people to do things that, if real, would be crimes, but when there is evidence on the basis of which we can reasonably conclude that they are likely to increase serious crime in the real world. At present, the evidence for that is stronger for games involving violence than it is for virtual realities that permit pedophilia.

@BeautyandtheBeer look I'm not trying to argue with you especially seeing as I love anime myself all genres including ecchi, these people should watch darling in the franxx or senran kagura if they think this game is bad lol

But at the same time it's the only reason I can see why Sony have censored anime games due to dipicting underage girls in skad clothing or sexual positions.

But I agree that murder and gore in games should be treated the same but then again there would hardly be any games being made as 80% of games involve some sort of killing or violence.

Same with films, so many films with gore, murder, drugs, sex, violence, but as soon as a films comes out with underage children being sexualised or child nudity then an uproar begins. Yet all those things are morally wrong and should be treated the same

@BeautyandtheBeer it's not that sony don't like sex scenes or nudity or panty shots etc it's due to the fact that it involves characters that are technically kids (14-16 year olds)

Wow no playstation version? Yet the other two were on the ps4 and vita.

Its either one of two reasons
1, microsoft waved money at them
2, playstations censorship made this developer salty

Looks like il just have to pick this up on the switch then

Then more countires that get teh switch the better, also Brazil could do with a nice distraction about now
