Dear Nintendo, That's a nice holiday line-up you've got there. I'd just like to remind you of something: When a developer wants their game on your system, you can say no. You can say no to Data Design, you can say no to Acme Arsenal, and you can certainly say no D3. It's crowding shelf space, and you can afford to not approve everything. Pampered Petz: Spa Resort, for instance? Probably good idea to drop it.
I enjoyed Bit.Trip. Unlike other companies, which make unplanned and unnecessary sequels that don't make sense story-wise, Gaijin had a series planned out with a start and finish. So what did they make next? A sequel to the fourth of the six game series. Perhaps this isn't the best example, but what if after finishing Harry Potter, Rowling wrote a sequel to Goblet of Fire? Part of me actually believed that God of War 3, Halo Reach and Gears of War 3 would be the last in their respective franchises. After all, there was a huge deal made about each one being the final chapter. And this year? Another of each.
I love Wario games. The GBA WarioWares were probably my favourite games for the system, Smooth Moves was a good showcase, and DIY is delightful. Reading the list, none of the concepts were especially catching my interest, but then I got to fruit. A WarioWare version of SpyParty? Sign me up!
To the first three commenters: Not getting paid unless you sell 6000+ units is draconian. I love Nintendo for their games and their hardware, but the people behind their online services are killing the company.
Actually, I'm really concerned that they're beginning to release main-series entries on a yearly basis. I can't think of a single franchise that has pulled that off without the games becoming repetitive and mediocre.
I want you to look at that cover for 10 seconds, then look me in the eyes and say that this won't be shovelware. That's right, you can't. (Partially because we're on the internet and you physically cannot look me in the eyes, but whatever.)
The music was done by a person named Kai Walter. He's worked on a lot of games, and I'd say this is some of his best work. (Also, this is my first post on the site. Good to be here!)

Re: Nintendo Shares Drop After E3 Press Conference
@Ducutzu Knowing that things like this happen on the news make me cry a little inside.
And then outside, too.
Re: E3 2012: Every Wii U Game Announced So Far
@JimLad What do you want them to do? Change the art style because it's a new game?

Re: E3 2012: Nintendo Land to Show Off the GamePad
@bezerker99 What's the problem? They were obviously going to announce a minigame collection, and some of these look rather clever.

@cod45 Aren't you at least going to wait for them to show the games?

Dang, and it seemed like like people were about to shut up about the controls.

The subtitle made me expect something negative, but this is good news.

They'll pull a Sega Saturn and release the day after E3.
