Holding B to Run feels more comfortable, as you can just push forward and tap the Y button to jump. Besides, MANY other games use the Y button to jump, and it feels better that way. (If it's a game where you attack or shoot, then B to jump is better)

Good week considering the limitations. I at least wish we would get a estimated release period for Zen Pinball 2 though, since it's missed it's promised deadline and moved to another one (January). Toki Tori 2 didn't look finished back then anyway so I'm not concerned about that.

And I'm also glad we got a break from the Neo geo spam going on right now... Yes I know Shock troopers 2 is not a fighting game, but could we PLEASE get Crystalis or some games on OTHER VC systems?

And you got your facts wrong about the First digital retail download game- That was Best in breed 3D, which came out in the UK as a retail but in the US as a (Crappy) DL only game two weeks ago. But still, Unchained blades, Yay! Now the next major DL game on the list for the 3DS Is PMD: Gates to infinity, since it'll have a demo (And fire emblem, which I'm DDing)

So I got gunman clive this week and enjoy it so far, and will get Unchained blades for my birthday (In 20 days!)

@sonik FINALLY, someone else who agrees with me on legends... I played MM64 back in the day (Around 2002) and HATED it, mostly because of the plot and how strange the gameplay was (It was also my first MM game). I found out recently it was legends 1 ported to the N64.... So if it wasn't a butchered port, then I don't understand why there NEEDS to be a third game, besides finishing that very confusing cliffhanger from MML2. Mega man universe is rarely mentioned in capcom rants, yet it would probably be the title that would get more attention if it came out (Due to folks who grew up with the NES games). That was what I didn't want canceled.

Still, MML3 doesn't need to die silently, but it doesn't need to die with tons of unneeded capcom hate. Being how MML was Inafune's favorite series, and he quit a bit after it started, it probably wouldn't have been right without him... It's like if JK rowling wrote part of Harry potter and the Deathly hallows, and gave up. It wouldn't have been right without the original creator.

...I'll admit I liked the DEV room idea a LOT, so if they open it up again I'll be supporting it.

@CanisWolfred You can apply that with Game freak (They did the same to Pulseman), but PMD is made by chunsoft... You know how great 999 and VLR was!

@moomoo I got Xenoblade for christmas, but after fiddling around with some beginning battles it didn't seem as fun as PMD... It's not uncrowned yet, not unless the middle of the game becomes awesome and has music the likes of YS

Why did they make this M? The content in the E3 and fall trailers made this seem like a T rated game. But then they go and ruin it. I'm OK with graphic violence and sexual themes, but this is too much for a 2D castlevania... It would work as a 3D CV but not as a 2D IMO.

And the genatalia? I know it's not detailed, but why? That sort of stuff belongs in a adult fetish game!

...Next thing you know, they'll add in graphic scenes where the aliens eat people whole in Contra 5.

I like to call this the second best classic mario game. But world 8 is a NIGHTMARE. It's worse than ninja gaiden! But I still had fun with it.

And no, the list isn't backwards. I personally can't stand the SNES SMW Due to the broken fact of that they mapped B as jump instead of the Y button. It's even impossible to get a good running jump (Or worse, running SPIN JUMPS), so I prefer the GBA version way more, (Which is one of my favorite games ever). In the SNES version, I just walk, which makes the game boring (At least the game itself has tons of content, so it isn't bad)

UFO isn't a bad company. Balloon pop remix and Johnny Kung fu were REALLY fun, but everything else wasn't.

Piracy is illegal whether you like it or not. No exceptions.

Keep in mind that not only will it hurt game sales, but it'll also annoy buyers who shop online. Pirated games are sold for the DS on ebay all the time, and sometimes more than the real game.

That's a problem. Developers,Piracy must not happen on the 3DS. Respect the region lock (Whether you like it or not) and hope for a system update to end this problem.

@Bass_X0 There is WAY, WAY too many of them coming out every two weeks... Shock troopers 2 is different, where's that in europe? Where Crystalis on NES? The Point is, back in the original days, there was only 1 KOF per year, but on the VC there's been about 10 fighting games released last year. Some are very great (Last blade 2 and Samurai showdown IV), but it also causes for burnouts.

@Brando67854321 HOW IS THE WII THE WORST SYSTEM? It's the best selling system ever, and the launch game (Wii sports) Is currently the no 1 selling game OF ALL TIME.

@Lexicondevil853 MML3's plot hole Can be fixed with a manga or anime if they wanted. From what I understand, Capcom had no other choice but to cancel it. ( I Don't know why) Personally MMUniverse was the biggest loss.

Why on earth would you need to rank form threads? Sorry, but IMO that's a stupid idea and could cause problems (Members making silly threads to try to win 2013's spots). With only one "mod" on here I worry. I agree with everything else though

@theblackdragon Since you are the only mod on here, I don't even want to disagree. KI:U works better if it's slow. If it's 9.0 difficulty, it's gonna break your shoulder keys (Which a game shouldn't do)

And BTW, if you are left-handed, don't get Dillion as it's unplayable that eay.

The last story was the one I wanted the most. And I WOULD be playing it now, but my grandparents bought Xenoblade for me instead, and I'm not sure if I should play that...

And while talking about masterpieces, I'll go with PMD sky as the masterpiece of the last decade, but I'll probably be getting lots of bad comments from people who haven't beaten the game if I keep supporting it...

@Raylax Agreed. The gameplay is not bad at all, except in the early stages (Isn't that in every RPG?). And the special episodes have the best emotion and story in ANY RPG I played. Period. This needs to be reviewed, though IMO it deserves a 10/10

This is the best game I've ever played in my life. The story and music is amazing, and the dungeons make for a great variety. I'd give it a 9/10, if only due to the lack of afterstory content

What? a 6? This deserves a 9 or a 10 at least. this was the first game I ever played that gave me a reason to keep playing, and I found everything to be made well. I personally enjoy this more than the main series games by a long shot

This still should have kept the 10/10... Any game by Chunsoft can get that score easily.

I agree with everything but Crashmo. It's way too short and has a crapload of unneeded tutorial and practice levels... The winner should have been Cave story
