Re: Nintendo America Creates New DSi XL Bundles For You

SunnySnivy

Glad too see they are supporting the DS still. It's wise, actually! I mean, might as well get some more money from the DS if people aren't buying the 3DS.

I love my red Mario 25th Anniversary XL, but I like the Pink one too. (But still nothing beats the red one.)

@I-U The screens on the XL are so fantastic. I can't even play DS games on my 3DS because I'm used to the clarity and size of the XL screens... if you do get a DS, that is definitely the model I recommend!

Re: Review: Pokémon Rumble Blast (3DS)

I am enjoying this game so far. I'm extremely biased when it comes to Pokemon, though. I think a 7 is fair, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who didn't enjoy the WiiWare title. It's gameplay is exactly the same.

I spent 40 bucks on it, no regrets. But like I said- I'm biased! I love Pokemon, any Pokemon. XD

Re: Preview: Super Mario 3D Land

SunnySnivy

@19Robb92 Sunshine was my favorite 3D Mario. It had it's faults, but nevertheless it was the most unique of all the Mario titles and that is not always a bad thing! But.. It's all about opinions and perspective!

Anyway... Mario 3D Land.

This quote from the preview:
"It's modernising the past, not pointing to the future."

This made me both happy but sad at the same time. I'm glad we're going back to the old ways, but what about moving forward?

Regardless, I'm very much looking forward to playing this game and I am pre-ordering it very, very soon!

Re: 3DS Reclaims Top Spot in Japan

LOL 7 people bought a PSP Go. XD

Seriously, glad to see the 3DS is selling. It's had/having a rocky start. But if anyone can pull through a rocky start on a console, it'll be Nintendo.

Re: Review: BIT.TRIP SAGA (3DS)

A seven? I was expecting an 8 or 9... regardless I'm still picking this up since I have heard good things about the titles separately. Or, maybe I'm just desperate for a new 3DS game.

Re: Pokemon Blasting to Europe on 2nd December

SunnySnivy

Am I the only on looking forward to this? :/

Besides, a new generation of Pokemon won't come for a long while. The history of Pokemon releases show we have a BW revamp (like Emerald & Platinum) and remakes of older games, which this time will be Ruby & Saphire. Unless they surprise us, but I doubt we will be seeing a new generation any time soon.

Re: Talking Point: What If Nintendo Became a Third Party?

SunnySnivy

I think one generation of video game systems "flopping" isn't going to force Nintendo to stop making consoles.Remember how poorly the Gamecube sold?

I really don't think anything is going to make Nintendo give up, unless it gets really bad. And even then, I think they would end up like Sega making video games for other consoles... which I guess is the whole point of this article so why am I even typing this.

Re: Talking Point: The Great Nintendo 3DS Price Drop Debate

SunnySnivy

@39 Prices on 3DS games will go down. :/ I've l already seen some go down to 20$. They aren't that much more expensive than the DS games anyway.

I have a feeling the 3DS will start selling better this holiday, but I highly doubt Nintendo will see the sales and 3rd party support that the DS saw. Which is unfortunate, the 3DS is a great machine. (But remember how much the DS sucked when it first came out? We need to give the 3DS time.)

Re: EA Totally Confident in Wii U Online Functions

SunnySnivy

@19 Lol. So quick to not like it just because the controller is a giant? Have you played with it? If not, then how do you know it sucks?

Anyway, I'm excited for the Wii U. I hope the online is as great as they're hyping it up to be!

Re: 3DS Ambassador Titles Earn You Club Nintendo Coins Too

SunnySnivy

That's awesome. Giant AR Card, here I come.

This will make me Gold for the year and all the 3DS games coming out will probably put me up to Platinum.

Also, I very much enjoy getting free stuff, which allows me to get more free stuff. Definitely makes up for the 80$ price drop. Thanks, Nintendo!
