Seriously, now's not the time too doomsay just because someone doesn't want to put his sequel of a medicore game (Before anyone says anything. I have played Dead Island, and it is crappy) on the Wii U

Finally there is a review that actaully respects the franchise for what it is.

Monster Hunter is bloody awesome, and seeing a generally negative outlook on the series outside of Japan somewhat disapointed me, but hopefully online will get the multiplayer I need (on the PSP, the game really needed someone else to make it to get most fun out of it.)

I don't like FEZ. I really don't, it's really not that good, in my opinion. Not to mention after seeing what he said I felt kinda bad for giving the arsehole money. There are many other indie games I'd much rather spend my money on (The 360 port of Terraria, if they don't screw up controls wise, will be an example of this, as it's already fantasic on PC)

Why do people always complain about the Wii U when it has a promising line up when the PS4 has nothing of worth and people think it will sell like hotcakes.

Just so you know, I do think Games are art, but I think most people are viewing it the wrong way and as such otherwise medicore games (Ie. JOURNEY!) are getting praised to all hell as like some sort of gift from god.

When Smash 4 comes out, the Wii U will gain some proper momentum.

Sounds good, as retro consoles are a lot harder to find in Britan (Gaming only took really took off in the PS1/N64 years and even before that it was microcomputer dominated during the NES era and Sega dominated during the SNES era)

Kid Icarus Uprising is one of my top ten games of all time and nothing (apart from having even better games to puch it out, of course!) and while I can see why people didn't like the controls, the talking was the best aspect of the game to be honest and not every game has to have a XxXx srsmlgbsns xX tone. In fact due to the less immersive nature of a handheld I think the goofy tone was for the best.

This should be good. Is the Dragon Quest VII remake coming west? If so then that should happen as well.

Considering how crappy Pokemon World is, I'm not holding my breath for this.

No. I don't care how well ZombiU and Dark Souls used it, having the entire industry have shoehorned in multiplayer/online singleplayer is a really stupid idea.

Well... The only NSMB game I feel is pointless is NSMB2, NSMB was a nice throwback, NSMBW had an interesting multiplayer idea, and NSMBU had some nice features/level design. NSMB2 just had no need to exist due to SM3DL already being on the 3DS

Well I guess it shows that Nintendo fans aren't complete sheep like the others are (if Naughty Dog announced Uncharted 4 for the PS4 with little change whatsoever a lot of them would go "OMGGG DIS IZ AWSUM PS4 DA BES #fukjakanddaxter", hell, Shadow Fall is already shaping up to be this.) but the attitude some have make me wonder why the hell they still go to a site called "Nintendo Life" anyway.

Of course the Wii U hasn't sold much, It's only 4 bloody months old! Everyone seriously needs to stop being so impatient and realise that it takes time to build enough games to attract an audience the. Rayman Legends delay will most likely stunt the Wii U for a bit and is all around an odd desision. While the Wii U has only a fraction of the userbase, platformers are the dominant genre on nintendo's systems just because they can do them so well, while on Xbox and to a much lesser extent the ps3 platformers are a more niche genre. Not to mention that febuary where there is a lull in Wii U games is far better than september when it will have to compete with GTA5/WWHD/PS4 save ups.

Tl:dr 4 months is only a fraction of the Wii U's story, delay is really a bit wierd to be honest.

Shouldn't this be like a £5 downloadable game? I mean, this would work well on a gamepad, but I can get this stuff for like £2 on an ipod (I think that this version has extra levels or something, which is why I said £5)

This is a breath of fresh air after seeing "Nintendo is doooooomed!" quotes almost every day. I hope some more step up as well.

My only concern is that the game will be humorless, while it seems to be fun, it was the humor that really made the last 3 so memorable.

Once that doubt is removed, this will most likely be one of the best games of 2013.

This game is the sort that would seem to work well on a portable console.

To be fair I remember the xbox having such early "Gems" like Over G fighters, Sonic 06 and Perfect dark zero.

of course it will have a rocky start, but with the support that they are giving developers, they will find their niche in time.

Consodering that EA has been around before the ps1, it really puzzles me why the hell they call it "gen 4". Also EA should know that graphics isn't how nintendo rolls, with the gamepad, they have made their own advancement and niche and are letting sony/microsoft fight their own fight, which isn't that bad an idea. Take note that unlike sony and microsoft, nintendo only make game related stuff, while the others have other things they can fall back on, I don't think nintendo can afford to make a console as powerful as the others.
