The soundtrack for FFL2 is incredible, probably my favorite GB soundtrack of all time. I would love to see official localizations of the DS remakes though, that’s long been a dream of mine. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XuzHEDYHsjU
I loved the DS Clubhouse Games and played it a ton. I’m really glad to hear that single-cart local wireless is returning; that was a great feature on the DS version. I am absolutely on board for this one!
Awesome! I was disappointed when they missed the Switch goal, I have been eagerly awaiting this game. Glad to see the port is now happening.
Also, why does this article not mention the excellent SWERY65 / White Owls game that can be played on Switch right now, The Missing: J.J. Macfield and the Island of Memories? C’monnn...
@AllieKitsune They ship internationally. I’m in North America and have ordered from them several times. The only thing that annoys me when importing European games is that that text on the spine is centred, unlike the NA/JP/Asia spines. WHY
Yes, to reinforce some earlier comments, if you order the current 3-pack that is available it will probably ship right away. The other two included games are The Darkside Detective and Evoland Legendary Edition.
@SKTTR You can’t compare one screenshot and competently assess a game’s art style. The biggest problem is how this game looks in motion, with constant stuttering rendering it very unpleasant to look at. As far as the art style goes, it’s not consistent across all elements of the game, which again makes it visually disappointing, especially when this “new improved” version looks worse than basically all previous versions. I found the stuttering so irritating as to make the game unplayable.
Not sure I believe this trailer. Maybe if a lot of other trailers come out and have similar content to this trailer, I’ll start to get on board, but as it stands I feel like this trailer is a little too focused on promoting Astral Chain. I’m happy to be proven wrong, though. Although if all the other trailers are TOO similar, I probably still won’t believe it, because if there aren’t enough dissenting opinions, it’s a clear sign of corporate and industry conspiracy.
The game is pillarboxed, not letterboxed. Just to avoid any confusion.
Also, it is a fantastic, aggressively addicting game. Despite being one of the earliest examples of this specific genre, it absolutely holds up as one of the best.
I’m not sure about the single-player value, but this game is a bloody riot in multiplayer. The versus mode is an amusing riff on Mario Kart (but on foot), the L.O.B.S.T.E.R. party game is great for those who know their way around a controller a little, and Go Go Trolley is hilarious for just about anyone. The tagline, “It’s Just Like Regular Bowling!” makes me laugh every time I think about it for some reason. Probably not a game you’ll play for hours at a time, but a fantastic short-term diversion at a party.

Rhythm Heaven Megamix - Ringside, no contest.
Re: Countdown: 3DS eShop Spotlight - HarmoKnight
One of my favorites from the 3DS eShop. Also a big fan of Dedede's Drum Dash Deluxe, if anyone is looking for other rhythm-based 3DS eShop exclusives.

I mean, Qix is fine, but Volfied, that’s where it’s at
Edit: I see @Bass_X0 beat me to it!

Any list of the best Mario music should include the Ending Theme from Super Mario World. It haunts my dreams…
