Loved this game. Played most of the quests and two DLCs. Having a fully voice acted game and compelling story and.characters in a game of it scope was incredible. However, did anyone else feel the game was a bit janky? Specifically Geralds movement, the horse controls and lack or interactivity with the environment.
@Arawn93 I haven't played xenoblade one or two, but i love xenoblade 3s entire voice cast minus Gondor. It really brings to life. Australian for reference.
@GamingFan4Lyf you make a very good point. Around the same time i played lufia and then breath of fire. I remember them both being way too hard and i didn't manage to get that far in them. I look at my 6 year old nephew these days an couldn't imagine him trying out one of those games! He would rage quit pretty quick.
@Olmectron Really hope so. I can totally understand from a Nintendo business perspective if its more targeted towards north american/western audiences because that's where the box office dollars are. At the same time it is Shigeru Miyamoto passion project, and from his reputation, i don't think he would concede on much. Hopefully the success of this movie leads to more funding for Nintendo EPD to get an even more ambitious new mainline Mario game out in the non to distant future.
I think ill enjoy it either way but have secretly been hoping it hasn't lost too much of its homeland flare in favour of north american popular culture and hollywood tropes. Fingers crossed. I wish i could see it on release but ill wait a few days and see a night session. I'm one of those people that thinks immersion breaking loud foods like popcorn and noisy people shouldn't be allowed in the cinema.

Re: Random: Nintendo Embraces Mortal Kombat's Gore In Stark Contrast To '90s Censorship
Now if only Nintendo would get around to releasing mother 3 outside of Japan.

@Zeldork once you go gyro you cant go back. Bioshock on switch felt too clunky without imo. Luckily i played it back in the day.

@antisumo im in the same basket. I fear i might reduce the longevity of the game/ break the gameplay loop if i do.
