Well I wouldn't be against the idea of one console for everyone.As long as the seperate companies can provide their own controllers.Would save a lot of cash and having to buy a console only for a few games (the PS3 in my case) means more money for games.Companies could still keep their own home screens if they want and XboxLive,PSN and Wii ?(has it even got a name?) could still exsist and require subscrition. Wouldn't it be crazy if you had to buy different DVD players to watch Art house films for example. With consoles becoming inceasingly similar graphics wise I can't see a reason for it not to work.

I really hope they go with a 2D Metroid for 3DS,with beautiful 3D depth of course. Hated the control scheme for Hunters, hand cramps ahoy!! As for WiiU well the tablet is surely made for scanning but then we would lose the lovely Wiimote controls so I'm not sure which way they would go with that. One things for sure its gonna look bootiful in HD!

Got this yesterday.Put about 3 hours into it so far and I am really enjoying it. Its got such a nice vibe and really does look like a Ghilbi film! Really glad I heard about this game as I've finally got something else to play on my 3DS other than OoT.
I thought the E3 trailer was one of the worst trailers I've ever seen.Seriously where was the action?!! As for the graphics I didn't think they looked as good as Resi4 on GC so I can't say I was blown away really. I just hope it turns out to be a good game.

I thought the UK marketing was awful which probably meant it did its job. Most things I don't like seem to be popular with the "masses" . I think a two pronged attack would work better ,one style for the "hardcore" and one for the "casual stuff". Throughout the Wii's lifespan I can count on one hand the amount of advertisments for the more traditional games that I seen. The reason stuff like LKS , Madworld ,No More Heroes...(the list goes on) didn't sell is partially down to lack of advertising IMO. In a medium with so much choice you really need to sell these kind of games to people. If I don't have to see Ant n Dec and the Redknapps (WTF) waggling around though I'm all for the new Iwata way Bring it on

@The_people_defending_this_game Do you really think this was the best way of celebrating 25 years of ,arguably, video games most famous character? Surely not. It was a cheap, lame ,half ed cash in, they couldn't even give us a 60Hz version FFS.
Great that your pleased with your purchase ,many were not. Each is entitled to their opinion of course but I expect more from an anniversery collection.The Zelda one better be good!

I thought the UK marketing was awful which probably meant it did its job. Most things I don't like seem to be popular with the "masses" . I think a two pronged attack would work better ,one style for the "hardcore" and one for the "casual stuff". Throughout the Wii's lifespan I can count on one hand the amount of advertisments for the more traditional games that I seen. The reason stuff like LKS , Madworld ,No More Heroes...(the list goes on) didn't sell is partially down to lack of advertising IMO. In a medium with so much choice you really need to sell these kind of games to people.
If I don't have to see Ant n Dec and the Redknapps (WTF) waggling around though I'm all for the new Iwata way Bring it on
