It still has a mobile game vibe for me for some reason. Will wait for a review and a price drop. The only genre missing from my Switch library is a racing sim/arcade racing game so i'm hoping this will kind of fill that void.
Glad I always make it a point to read other people's comment and not just purchase based on NL's review. Got burnt before and never again. Anyways, this game sounds like it's got more variety and replayability than some of the better rated SHMUP so I'll be checking it out.
I'm stoked for this as I've never really sat down to play any of the Diablo games. My buddies have been trying to get me into DIII on the PS4 but I never have enough time to sit down and play. With this being able to play offline and on the go is "yuuuuuge" but if the price is not right then I'll have to pass until there's a sale. Same reason why I've held off on Doom and Skyrim for Switch.
Sounds pretty good. That load time might annoy me but it depends on how long. Given how the graphic looks I can probably look past the load time. How is the music? That's one of the area I'm big in.
This looks fantastic! I hope there's more power-ups and ships other than what's in the video. Gotta see the bosses as well. I wonder if they will have a vintage color option later on.
Still waiting to pick up Earth Atlantis, and hoping Cuphead will jump to the Switch.
I agree with this man! Can't Nintendo just make a Joycon with a proper D-Pad?! All they gotta do is connect the round buttons to form a D-Pad. Sure I can whip out the Pro Control but for on the go gaming it is pretty inconvenient.
USFIITFC retail for me, Best Buy GCU 20% off FTW! Always been a fan of SFII and so are my buddies so this will be a good pickup for me. I rather play this again then the next CoD or something.
Something probably got lost in translation cause using Street Fighter on a Nintendo System to track metrics and interests is a "wut?" move. You would think Capcom would use Monster Hunter or something instead. But again I wouldn't read too much into it. Here's hoping we'll see Monster Hunter, Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Dragon's Dogma, and more on the Switch.
Great to see HORI supporting the Switch like this. I'm definitely interested in that Pro Controller for player 2. I hope that detachable D pad gives you the same feeling as a true D pad.
I'm also interested in picking up 8Bitdo's SNES game pad because that was my favorite control for playing Street Fighter II. I updated the firmware for my 8Bitdo NES control and it works fantastic.
This control will likely be part of NX. Might the NX be a portable version of the Wii U where the GamePad screen can be detached from the GamePad so you can export the game you're currently playing to a certain extent to continue playing on the go?
Metroid Prime Trilogy is a must download for sure. Shadow of the Ninja was my second favorite ninja game on the NES next to Ninja Gaiden. Not as difficult as Ninja Gaiden but more fun. I highly recommend it if you like Ninja Gaiden. Hoping S.T.E.A.M. will be good!
I'm a huge fan of the series and would be sad if Konami ditch Nintendo. I've pretty much played all the games in the series on many different platform and I like the many different approach Konami took with each iteration. If they didn't take different approach the series would've gone stale much sooner.
Unlike a lot of fan I actually like the Lord of Shadow series because of the story, presentation, combat system, and atmosphere. The music was different but understandable because you can't really apply Michiru Yamane's style to LoS. Even so I thought the music was pretty good. With Mirrors of Gate they took some of that element and made it more of a 2D classic Castlevania, which is cool too. My only gripe with Mirrors of Fate was that it was too short and it couldn't make up it's mind on whether to be a classic Castlevania or a Metroidvania. I would love to see the next Castlevania be a mix between Metroidvania's exploration, RPG elements, secrets and Lord of Shadow's combat, presentation, and atmosphere. And yea you can say LoS was a ripoff of GoW but GoW was also a ripoff of other games in the same genre.

Re: Gear.Club Unlimited 2 Revealed Exclusively For Nintendo Switch
I'll keep an eye out for this one as I'm still looking for a racing game that would scratch both my Ridge Racer and GT/Forza itch.

Was thinking about getting another one at some point but i'll wait for a price drop and a new model. Oh and MONEY..
Re: Super Mighty Power Man Is The Mega Man Game You Always Wanted On Switch
Def looks copy and pasted but that's not a bad thing for fans of classic MM.
Re: Nintendo Download: 5th October (North America)
Hoping Earth Atlantis will be good. Love the style and all but hope it's meaty enough and has some replay value.
