Re: Onslaught

^ Oh boy, do I need to rephrase it AGAIN ?!? Brawl proved that the more control schemes you have, the bigger the accessibility the game has, and more people will buy it.

Re: F-Zero X

Nintendork

^ What? That game was just a good-looking piece of garbage. The story mode was so AWFUL, the music was crappy, and the gameplay felt almost uncontrollable.

Re: F-Zero

^ "i got the gamecube one and its got beater tracks"
Yes, they certainly do "beat" you up. Personally, I found the SNES and GC versions to be too loose for controls, as well as the tracks being WAY too difficult to master. However, the N64 game nailed it with perfect controls, track design, and difficulty level. Please get F-Zero X.

Re: World of Goo

Nintendork

Now that I finally am able to play windows games on linux (THANK YOU WINE ) I downloaded the demo version of this game. I'm gonna have to hold off on the download some more, the gameplay needs some getting used to.

Re: Super Smash Bros.

Nintendork

^"The only tolerable Zelda title was Twilight Princess, Metroid is simply a waste of time, and Mario continues to disappoint me."
YOU sir, have the strangest opinion I've seen in a while now. How can not like Zelda, Metroid, or Mario?!?

@Digiki
"Brawl's gameplay was a step backwards from Melee, the only thing it had to make up for it was online."
Wait, what? Melee was too fast paced and was hard not to just button-mash, and the online was probably the worst part of the game because of its lag in almost every game.

Re: Onslaught

Nintendork

^ You completely missed my point (again) My point is, in simplest form, is the more control schemes you have, the more fun it gets, the more people will get it, and sometimes, the more $$$$$$$ the company gets. Brawl's creators realized that and gave even more re-playability to a great game.

Re: Onslaught

Nintendork

^But games benefit from multiple control schemes. Look at Brawl. I'm a heavy user of the Gamecube controller in that game, and if Nintendo decided to put it in at the last second, I would've encouraged them to do so. Face it, a lot people just like the classic control schemes, and Hudson would make a greater profit with it added then not.

Re: Onslaught

@ #7 "I'm hoping they don't go by the "more violence, the better" principle."
I completely agree. There are WAY to many violent FPSs for the X-box 360 and PS3. We don't need kids learning violence from gam.............. Holy crap I sound like Jack Thompsan lol

@ Alexsays,
While I agree that the Wiimote and nunchuck is the best control configuration, it wouldn't hurt to have multiple control schemes.

Re: World Goes Mad, March 10th

Nintendork

^ I normally don't like first person shooters, but this looks very cool. Wait what? This is a 3rd person action game. I'm not sure why there's so much hype for this game. We already have a ridiculously violent action game for the Wii, No More Heroes. I am LOVIN' the graphic style, however.

Re: EarthBound

COME ON NINTENDO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HURRY UP AND RELEASE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Texas Hold'em Tournament

^watches video GAH!!!! You sure they don't use that video as a torture device?
Anyways, I don't think the presentations are absolutely awful. They just use the same thing over and over and over again.

Re: Super Smash Bros.

Nintendork

Ah, the memories. Beating the living crap out of friends with Link and Kirby, matches ending with the throw of a bomb at Hyrule Castle. Those were the days.

Re: ESRB Cleans Up

Nintendork

@#74
There are so many things I would like to say to you, but if I said them I'd be kicked off this site.

Anyways........... back on topic. It's a real shame that these games have been removed. Hopefully, this doesn't mean that the games are NEVER coming out.
