@Tuurtledove What some people don't understand is that Retro is good thanks to Nintendo. When they were working for Nintendo AND Acclaim (Akklaim?), the three games they were developing for them were horrible (according to Retro's director)...that is, until Nintendo bought the rest of Retro Studios from Acclaim and Miyamoto told them to cancel Raven Blade (and another game they were developing) to focus on Metroid Prime (the third game they were developing back then).
We all know how that ended.

Uh...I dunno. The game looks great, sure, but so did Assassin's Creed 1, Red Steel 1, ZombiU...1?...
Thing is, new IPs at Ubisoft tend to be just 'good', they're not excellent, great, or anything like that. Hopefully this is their biggest exception yet since Prince of Persia: Sands of Time (not a completely new IP at the time, but still).

I really hope this game ends up being actually good and...well, sells a lot on the WIi U! PLEASE do!

I'm quite worried about Next Level Games. Thing is, they're not a first party developer of Nintendo, they don't even have an exclusivity deal with Nintendo or anything!

@Caryslan It's not hard to see why things can't "turn around" for the VITA in the west.
First of all, the japanese VITA is getting a lot more games than the north american (and european I guess) VITA. Second, a price drop won't be enough, just look at the Wii U in europe. Third, Sony's main business is the HOME console business, not the portable console business. Unless they start focusing on the VITA (which will never happen), things won't be better for it.

Is that simple enough? All Nintendo needs for the Wii U is Mario Kart...not even a price drop.

@Zombie_Barioth That doesn't mean any of the ideas used in the manga/anime are canon to the GAMES, they're all made up by their respective writers. They're three completely different universes.

Why do people keep mentioning the anime/movies/manga as if they were related to the games at all? It's good to hear different theories guys, but don't treat the anime as if they were canon, so to say.
