most indie games are terrible anyway with a few exceptions... but what i always wanted and executed were smaller Nintendo games on Wii Ware... Like a 4 world mario adventure... or like a pikmin or zelda experience... all that's on Wii Ware is crap... and like 5 games from major developers like square enix....

@Raptor78 THANK YOU!... ... @SUBTERRANEANboy ... they are using the same assets (character models, textures shaders... )... converted and ported into the MT Framework engine... that is what porting is... it's the same game on a different system... do you own it on the 3DS? it looks and plays great!...
I mean look at Street Fighter IV... a Freaking PS3 game... that's on the 3DS in a portable version... capcom took the assets they used to make SSFIV on consoles and PORTED it into the MT framework mobile engine to make a portable version for 3DS.. only difference is the backgrounds aren't moving... all other gameplay elements are in tact... It is stupid to think that other games like that aren't coming... UMVC3 is another game that will probably make it to 3DS ... street fighter x tekken... and more and more...
seriously... the difference between the 3DS and Vita are like the original xbox and game cube.... did they not have the same multi platform games... ... although the xbox was clearly more powerful and could handle more advanced shader functions the game cube still had the same games just without the fancy shaders... why does everyone have to freaking think they know what they are talking about... wether it's a port or a DIRECT PORT who cares!!!... if there's cross platform, games we win!

I'm hoping that since I downloaded that Ambassador certificate... that all the GBA games will spot pass their way onto my 3DS all by themselves... I just wake up to 10 presents I get to open ... like christmas... and santa claus ... yay!!
i think they should do like a nintendo video channel except with demos... so you wake up one morning and 4 new demos have automatically downloaded... you get to play them for like a week and then nintendo rips them from your hands and gives you new demos via spot pass... if you were digging the demos then when they are taken from you and you feel desires to play the game still you'll know it was a good game and you can buy it!... TADA!!!! that way Nintendo feels like they've got control of the situation... we get demos... and everybody's happy!
Wii version is fantastic... easily logged over 400 hours... great game.... I hope there's some new areas... or new secrets in old areas... just something to keep it fresh!

Guys my favorite SAGA is the one where Marty McFly takes a BIT of a TRIP back in time... he uses the FLUX capacitor to fly through the VOID of TIME to see the DOC. The DOC then must ZAP Marty with a bolt of LIGhTNING so he can go back HOME to the FUTURE.
If anything I agree that every control scheme needs to be supported 100%... for a game like metroid prime... or battlefield... I'd rather use Wii remote and Nunchuck.. for a game like monster hunter, or xenoblade I could use the new controller or the classic controller pro... ... for a game like New super mario bros Mii... it would be perfect for the new controller... allowing you to run far ahead of your 5 year old and beat the level without having to carry him around... I want the option of all control schemes... but trust me the controller feels just fine in the hands... it may be a little bigger than we're used to (unless you owned an original xbox) but it's comfortable... i do hope they are able to work the kinks out of it... I also agree with the fact that they need to change the color of it , make it look different or something (the system in general, not just the controller) something to differentiate it from the Wii Slightly...

Then let it come out... then Play it... and then if it still dissapoints... go ahead and complain... Nintendo is all about cost effectiveness... you think they would sell a controller that cost that much to make?... either it won't be affordable and therefore not sold in stores separately from the console... or it will be affordable and sold in stores... ... Nintendo has always been in the realm of affordability when it comes to their consoles... even if it cost $10 per part (which it doesn't) it wouldn't total to $100
Guy's i really don't think this controller will be that expensive... they're probably using VGA cameras again that they've had around since DSi... the gyro sensors since motion plus... accelerometers since the wii was released... and i bet the speakers and stuff are also the similar to the stuff they already have been making for years at a profit... Only the screen is a major cost and it's not LED or OLED... it's your standard LCD screen (Standard Def too)... at this point i'd be more worried about battery life than anything... but the controller is big enough that it could fit a nice sized battery allacross the back of it and have a nice battery life as well... ... I mean... a wii remote and nunchuck combo is about $60... (and those things cost nothing to make) so you could expect the minimum price to be $60... and max I would bet is $80 ...
@TheDarkness... I agree... those touchscreen controls for zelda were not very good at all... i mean doing touch screen puzzles? yes... !... BOOMERANG TRAJECTORIES...! COOL!... i'm with melo man... i think nintendo has weaned a lot of people off of dual analog and to not include motion plus and nunchuck controls in any game would be a step backward... be innovative with this new controller... but don't forget the Wii remote... there's still plenty of games that weren't made for the wii that I expected... like a motion Plus Starwars game... a boxing game where you use 2 motion plus controllers per person... i mean these are ideas I had before the wii was even released... no one has even tried ... i think the Wii U (as cool as the wii is) could have the potential to be everything the Wii wassupposed to be and more!

as for the 3DS I saw it at E3 and I wanted it then... and I still want it NOW!!!... i really hope they have a game channel... where it shows your friends what they are playing and allows you to send messages to friends in the middle of games... having the multi tasking gives me hope!!! multitask send message ... back to playing!!!
