Sounds good. I quite liked the first one, although it could've been a lot better. Here's hoping this turns out awesome

Oh, and the online is sounding better than ever. If there's one thing even the biggest haters have to agree with, HVS is doing the best job with the Wii's online.

I totally agree with slapshot82. Walk down the ps3 or 360 isle, you'll see a bunch of "mature" games, some of which are crap, sure, but most of them are very fun. Walk down the Wii isle, and you'll see tons of "Family" this, and "My first" that, almost all of which are crap. It seems that anything with family friendly attributes is allowed on the console, no matter how terrible of a game it is. And a lot of the blame goes to Nintendo. Why is there such a lack of quality control when it comes to Wii games? And when a game tries to break this trend, it's almost entirely ignored. Now, don't think I'm just an angry fanboy or whatever, I'd be the first one to defend the Wii against a comment just like this, but it's getting a little out of control. If Nintendo keeps this up, it'll get to the point where even Metroid has you raising a kitten.

Anyways, it doesn't matter what the name of the game is, it'll probably be terrible.

Is there a way to set a grid in the graphics creator? I ask because I'd like to make some pixel perfect retro games, but when watching trailers, the graphics creator is placed over a moving background, which I imagine would make it hard to be accurate.

I can see what he means (and I'm thoroughly surprised that Sony didn't just go "WE'RE FU**ING AWESOME! WII IS A TOY!" and actually had some creative criticism), but honestly, if anyone can pull this off, it's Nintendo, and they won't just pull it off, they'll make it the best damn thing we've ever seen.

I can picture Gaijins now. You control the paddle on the left side, and have to hit a single beat, which will vary in speed and designs (blinking green, normal, size changing blue). Either that, or I'll have to make it myself. Either way, this news pretty much locks down my need to buy this.

@Corbie (post 4): Sort of like how levels have to go through EA first in Boom Blox BP?

Re: Review: The Combatribes (Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)

I actually love this game. It's good fun, and in no other beat em up can you smash a clowns face into the ground. Although the bosses can be cheap, they become a lot easier in co-op. Ah well, to each his own. I'll probably wait until (and if) they release the arcade one, since it's quite a bit better.

Re: Yet Another Sonic Collection Inbound - This Time For DS

I'll get it once it's cheaper, but only if there's some sweet extras. If it has a museum of sorts (like in Sonic Gems) then I'll be getting it.

You know what'd be sweet? If it had online, with one person being Tails and the other Sonic, but Tails now had his own screen, instead of having to be in the same place as Sonic.

Ugh, it looked good until I saw it was multiplatform. They're probably gonna butcher the Wii version D:

Unless they make all 4 versions IDENTICAL except for controls. I hate how multiplatform games are always like completely different games.
