Andy, Sakurai-san shared that all characters will be the same for both versions last week. Because of hardware limitations, the differences will be in the stages, mainly.
@Unit_DTH Got ya, I understand what you mean by that. I just think that more people will understand that Nintendo likes to keeps their cards close their vest. Without revealing too much before time, they avoid some of the pitfalls they encountered from previous platforms. They have E3 coming quickly and more info like that that CVG had today says to me N has their plan firmly in place. That probably means info will only be shared when it's the right time, and no time sooner.
@Unit_DTH I hope you realize where he said "today we're focused on 3DS" he literally meant today, seing as that was what the interview was for. I'm with you wanted more focus on the Wii U, but understand the interview was indeed a 3DS inrerview, so tht was what the answers were prepared for.
@ThomasBW84 Thanks for replying to that because it gets old reading pretentious comments asking, "How is this news?" It is news simply because it may be something NEW that we may not have seen, yet. Thanks for sharing!
@Sun You're mistaken about you assessment of 125% increases...if you were selling 100 units per week, an increase of 125% means this week you've sold 225 units, not 125 units which a mere 25% increase would indicate.
@CptStone I can understand your frustration, but at the same time, I believe Nintendo already has their advertising campaign planned out. Over the last couple months (when we haven't seen many ads) there were no new games coming to talk about. Most early adopters already knew about the system even if they didn't have it yet. Give it time...six months from now and you won't remember the lack of adverts because 1st party titles will finally be released. Remember Nintendo consciously delayed their 1st party titles in lieu of the 3rd party launch window titles as to not compete against them. Be a little more patient with this. I promise the're not reading the internet articles to find out what they're doing (or need to be doing). They are too busy getting ready to blow everyone away with games and content! There is a reason shareholders are reacting in the opposite of concern...
@wcb123 It would be easier to see that there actually are games to keep you occupied if you had a Wii U! Just a thought from a serious Nintendo fan from way back in the 80s as well...as I type this from my GamePad
Morgan, as you are charging while still playing, how is the GamePad's temperature? Does it have an uncomfortable heating issue from being charged while in use?
@Slapshot I think what you're missing is the fact that the Bayonetta fans don't realize, had Nintendo not stepped up, the game would not have been made. Sega was no longer going to (be able to) publish the game and Platinum asked Sega who COULD step up to help out. They suggested Nintendo (and I'm sure MS/Sony could have, if they were so inclined) and thus Nintendo now has the exclusive title. Not a slap in the face, just really the only way to get the game out in the first place.

Re: Video: Eight Reasons to Avoid The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct
And they "wonder" why their Wii U sales have been poor compared to expectations...people want to play good games!
Re: Disney Interactive Suffers Financial Loss in Q1
Making binding decisions with the likes of EA really doesn't help, either.
Re: Feature: Ten Smartphone and Tablet Games We'd Like to See on Wii U
I would love to see Stargate come to the Wii U, whether it's converted in this way or not.

Their new game THIEF would be a welcome addition to the Wii U games library!

@goradio He could be referring to the fact that he possibly didn't already beat MH3U and LCU since they just came out last week.

@Brick I believe they stated it was up to 5-player support for this game...one with the gamepad and four with Wiimotes and/or WiiU pro controllers.
